This place is just amazing, not only is it filled with great furniture & friendly staff, its also in a building built in 1860 something or other. What a cool place to check out! This is the sort of place you want to get your furniture from ...forget about those big box stores, buy your furniture from a local store & get a unique piece that will last a lifetime. ...oh & its three stories high, which makes it even cooler!

We have purchased our furniture from Scherers since 1980, when we first heard about the store. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Their knowledge and advice is an added value that is just not available in other furniture stores. Prices are excellent. May they be in business for another hundred years!
