Best experience I have ever had!! I had no clue what to say or what to order other than flowers for a funeral for a very special person in my life. I wanted it done a certain way though, which means I was a little difficult. Let me just say this, when you call this place ask for Tavares. He is unbelievable!! His customer service is top notch!! He helped me out tremendously and for that I thank him very much!! I work for a company that has an account with Watkins but I didnt have all the correct info at the time and Tavares said no problem we got you, we will figure it out!! But I wanted the flowers to come from a certain shop in my home town and Tavares listened to my needs and helped me get exactly what I wanted. I cant say enough about the service I received from Tavares and the team at Watkins. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who ever needs flowers!!! Tavares if you read this, THANK YOU!!!! :) YOU ARE THE BEST!!!

I ordered flowers through ProFlowers and the delivery was made by Watkins Flowers. The order was unsatisfactory and I complained to ProFlowers. They were not very helpful but did notify the florist that I was unhappy. Someone from Watkins Flowers of Distinction called me and was so gracious and apologetic. She read the order and instructions they got from ProFlowers (allowing them to make adjustments and use replacement flowers as needed) and told me what they were paid from Teleflora to produce the arrangement. It was about half what I paid to ProFlowers. I understand why the arrangement was unsatisfactory! They stand by their reputation and wanted me to be satisfied. They are replacing the arrangement at no cost to me and they could not have been nicer. Shop local and avoid the online floral services. I will call Watkins directly next time.

My experience with Watkins Flowers of Distinction was phenomenal! I am not familiar with the area and my girlfriend works in Raleigh. I did a Google search for "Flower Delivery Raleigh" and Watkins was the first option to generate; of course I clicked on the Reviews, once I saw over 40 reviews and all 5 STAR ratings I decided to give them a call! I want to give my special appreciation to Sallie, who fulfilled my order above my expectations. I called in at 12:30 and needed an arrangement delivered by 4pm the same day. It was delivered within 2 hours of me calling and I received a follow up text message with a picture of my beautiful girlfriend and arrangement. Guaranteed 110% satisfaction when you go with Watkins Flowers of Distinction. I had to plan a 100 person event with two weeks notice that needed Japanese ikebana flower arrangements. The entire event was catered around the Japanese culture and everything needed to be authentic as possible. I figured it would be impossible to get the types of flowers needed with such short notice--until I called Watkins. I ended up solidifying an order with them 4 days away from the event and they came through, not only last minute, but hit a gland slam. They also came and set up--the whole nine yards. Everything looked amazing and people who attended the event talked about the arrangements two weeks after the event. No question on who to call next time I do an event. They are lifesavers.

Absolutely love Watkins Flowers Of Distinction, they helped me with my prom corsage last year and i loved the efficiency, also today i had a little of an emergency. I called them at about 2:55 pm and i saw that they closed in like 5 minutes. I asked about a certain type of rose and they offered to stay open 15 mins after they were supposed to close for me, which was very nice and i got there just in time. they were expecting me and they got my arrangement ready and beautiful looking in less than a couple minutes. also bought a card by a lady that was local and the card was very nice too. Honestly the price or the money wasnt an issue because it was an emergency. I just couldnt thank them enough! Definitely my first choice when i have a flower or arrangement need!

Good customer service! My husband ordered flowers for me for Valentines day and I got a phone call from one of the ladies at Watkins explaining there was a delivery van that had broke down or something and my flowers were on that van :( They asked if they could deliver them today (2/15) for me and refund my husbands delivery and add some extras to the order for me. Well, it just arrived at my office and it was worth the wait! They added a balloon and a delicious box of chocolates I have shared with a few co-workers. Yea I was upset I didnt get my flowers on Valentines day but at least they called and told me what was going on and gave me some extras that were really good.

I called to order flowers for the funeral of my niece. I had seen a spray on line. I called and asked to have it replicated exactly. Tevaris assisted me and couldnt have been nicer or more helpful. I shared with him about a funeral many years ago and the flowers didnt remotely look as described. We talked at length and both laughed at my experience. It was a difficult time but Tevaris made my day better. When I arrived at the funeral home and saw the flowers, I was so pleased. They looked just as I had imagined. If you have the chance stop in to Watkins Florist of Distinction located at Lafayette Village in Raleigh. They have an amazing shop and the folks there are exceptionally knowledgeable and customer service driven. I have used Watkins florist for several deliveries now, and I have to say that each arrangement has been absolutely spectacular! The recipients were blown away with the creativity, freshness and WOW factor! And as a bonus, these lovely flowers are a reflection of me to the recipients. Watkins Flowers of Distinction is my florist, and I recommend them highly!

Flowering Success! I have used Watkins Flowers of Distinction for many years. I have never been disappointed in their designs. Most recently, I placed an order for two arrangements honoring promotions to two professional ballerinas. I received photos from each of the recipients thanking me for the sentiment. Watkins Flowers did an exceptional job on an arrangement ordered as a suprise birthday gift. My step father from New York called looking for a flower shop in the Raleigh area and was advised to call Watkins, a highly recommended shop. I was so pleased with the arrangement that I called the shop just to give praise and thanks (also to get their information for future reference, of course). With only having lived in the area for a year, Im happy to know I will not have to look any further for a quality arrangement for any occasion.

I just recently as well had my daughters corsage and bountneer made for Prom, and these flowers like always were rich and radiant in color!, the corsage was beautifully made and full!The quality of these flowers were amazing!!
