Called at 7:30AM for same-day delivery (within 5 miles). They said it would be delivered that afternoon. They charged my card. It never got delivered. I called the next morning to ask why and the answer was that it was late in the day, they had a busy delivery day and thats why it wasnt delivered as expected. I suggested that next time they could actually call the customer and let them know why they wouldnt be holding up their end of the deal. Seems like a reasonable effort on the part of a business providing goods & services. They were obviously offended by my Google review of their business that instead of making it right, they called to say they were refunding my money, cancelling the order, and suggested that I use another florist. I suppose this is what you do when your business is so good that you can dispense with customers at will.

Had an ok experience with this place. Called in today to place an order and it seemed like the guy who took my order was more interested in taking my order immediately and just getting me off the phone. I tried to explain what I wanted, but all he kept saying was ok ok ok. Long story short, he did get the bright colored part of what I wanted, but basically missed the FIRST and most important thing that I asked for, which is "my girlfriend loves daisies." That same person also told me that it will be delivered between 1-3, but it was delivered at 4. I cant really take off stars for timing since my girlfriend still received it and I didnt specify the timing. She seems to be satisfied with the arrangement, which is why Im going to leave 3 stars. Otherwise, it wasnt really that good for me :/

From all the good ratings listed thought this place was going to give great service. I placed an order for mothers day, got an email from the company saying that the flowers would be delivered and sent to my mom. At night on mothers day I called my mom to see if she had liked the flowers, to my amazement they were not delivered. I called the company to see what happened and they said they canceled my order. They never called or emailed me about their unilateral decision to cancel my order. In the end this company made me look very bad on mothers day. I definately would stay away from this company specially on busy days like mothers day and probably valentines day.

Best Florist in area !!. We ordered Roses for both my wife and daughter for their birthdays . The roses were awsome , big heads and super fresh looking . They lasted over a week . The roses came with very fragrant white lillies that looked great with the roses and smelled heavenly . Highly recommend it ,is called FIRE AND ICE , was given as idea by the very helpful phone salesperson. These flower shop is great have been ordering from them for years with always great results . TRY THEM ..HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

FANTASTIC WEDDING FLOWERS Everyone talks about how talented Anita is, but I experienced it myself when I hired her to do my wedding. The flowers she provided were fresh, beautiful and arranged better than I could have ever imagined. She went above and beyond what I was expecting, was the most organized florist I came across when vetting possible vendors for my wedding. She was timely, professional, understanding and lovely to interact with.!

They didnt deliver flowers on the date promised. They didnt want to refund our credit card charge. However, they just emailed me that the flowers were delivered. ... 4 days late! Now their phone system is down. Will never use them . again.
