THIS PLACE RUINED MY VALENTINES DAY! My fiance was trying to surprise me with flowers for Valentines Day!..Well he didnt want to take a chance dealing with a major flower company because it was V-day and he didnt want to risk me not getting them. So a week before Valentines Day he goes into Pan Am Florist which is literally 2 minutes from where i work and pays for a flower arrangement and DELIVERY to my job. (I work so close to pan am that i could have been walked there). So valentines day comes and i get nothing.. finally my fiance who is livid by now ask me did i get a delivery..I told him that I did not..thats when he explained that he was trying to surprise me with flowers. To make a long story short my fiance tried 10 times to call Pan Am Florist at there local 703 number no answer. 11th try he got through and was told the driver was still out making deliveries and that they still could make it to me...after he told me that I was so upset that I personally called from work myself and my coworker as well the same 703 number at least 8 times and no answer I finally tell my co-woker that I am going to walk over there... We find an 800 number for them we call that one. A gentleman answers... I explained my situation and he said uhhhhhh there right here.. (keep in mind its after 6 oclock and my job is now been closed for 30 min) he said these were for pick up.. I said NO THEY WERE NOT.. he said uhh ohh im sorry ill have someone bring them.. THEY WERE NEVER OUT FOR DELIVERY! I could not believe it they had never even been sent out!!!!!!! I was heated.. my entire valentine surprise was ruined by Pan am florist. so 5 mins after I hang up the phone. A lady shows up at my job with flowers..I tell her to have someone from management call me as she had no idea why my flowers didnt make it to me 2 mins away from the florist..and of course no one called me..i would not recommend or trust Pan Am Florist with any special occasion as they have proven that they do not CARE!

To whom it may concern: I am very unhappy with the experience I had with your shop yesterday. I understand it was a busy holiday; however, I was promised same-day delivery and that was the only reason I used your shop. I placed the attached order by 11 a.m. and received a confirmation immediately. I then received a voice mail on my cell phone around 1:30 p.m. that there was a question about my order. It was a lady and she gave me the florist shop number and asked me to phone back. I did. I spoke to two different people who were very short with me and let me know that they were busy and inconvenienced by my call. I explained that I was asked to call this number about my order. They assured me my order would be delivered. I explained that I was a school teacher and could not phone back until after the school day ended. The man told me he would phone my school number right back but he never did. I had to get another teacher to cover my class while this was happening. When school got out, I phoned again, and the man said he had left a message for the delivery guy but there was nothing he could do. He offered no apology and abruptly ended our call. I phoned several more times that day and received a voicemail recording each time. I left messages. My fiance never received the flowers and I do not wish to pay for Valentines Day flowers AFTER Valentines Day when my order was promised same day delivery. Please remedy this situation immediately. Refund my credit card or I will take further action. NOTE: Pan Am Florist never returned my calls nor did they respond to the above email. They simply did not care that they ruined my fiances Valentines Day. They never charged my card either which makes me wonder if they ever made the flowers to begin with.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME by going to this florist. First of all, they dont know what they are doing. They dont know the first thing about flowers, their names and seasonal availability --- seriously, they have a flower shop!!!!! I had spent almost 2 hours going over what i wanted for my wedding flowers at an appointment i set up one weekend. They said since they are busy they cant provide me the quote until after 1 month. I was fine with that. But i got so mad when i called at the date they said they will provide the quote to find out that they dont even remember a thing we spoke about during our consultation! Nor they have a quote for me!!! I, not only wasted 1 month waiting for these incompetent people but lost a florist that i could have gone with for my wedding! On a side note - none of the people that work at the shop speaks English so you can only imagine how hard it is to communicate with them. Save yourself a lot of frustration and please DO NOT GO TO THIS FLOWER SHOP!!!!!! This flower shop in one word "suxs"!!!

AWFUL RIPPED OFF! RUDE RUDE people. Dont waste your time or money with these people. This is the 2nd year in a row my family members have been ripped off by this florist. What they advertise is NOT what you will get delivered. They are cheap and inconvenienced by what is their lack of integrity.

Good enough for single long stem roses. Always nice to me when I come in for one. Looks like they can handle a decent flower arrangement.
