Park Florist is dedicated to client satisfaction and we highly recommend Jeanne, the head florist, and her team for your private events. Jeanne is personable and prepared and is much more than just a florist! Jeanne serviced our wedding of 90 guests in Gaithersburg, MD and went above and beyond. She met with us several times to get feedback on what we wanted our wedding to look like, worked with us to stay within our budget, and provided recommendations that improved upon our original ideas. Park Florist is an established local florist (Takoma Park, MD) with extensive experience and networks. Jeanne was able to draw on this to create the right atmosphere for our dual ceremony wedding. She got the right color combination to frame the altar for our Vietnamese ceremony, built a backdrop for our Indian ceremony, and sourced high quality flowers for our leis. Park florist also decorated our dinner tables with flower settings and candles, paying careful attention to our color theme, to create a memorable outdoor evening dining experience. Jeanne at Park Florist is awesome! Im in NC but a friend having surgery is in DC. So I tried Park for the first time after finding them online because I wont order from a national florist service. Right out of the gate I made a mistake in the online form, putting the right hospital name but with wrong info in the address. No problem, Jeanne caught it. Then my friend did not yet have a room when Park was closing for the day. So Jeanne called to inform me! Next day Jeanne emailed a note that the arrangement had been delivered, along with a photo of the flowers! Moments later my friend texted me and thanked me for the flowers! Im so pleased. I never had to stress or wonder what was going on. I got to see the actual arrangement so I knew it looked nice. She corrected my errors and dealt with the uncertainty of delivery into a post surgery hospital setting. Could not ask for better service.

I live in Alabama and my friend had a baby boy at Holy Cross Hospital in MD and I needed to send her flowers. I did a search on the internet and picked this florist because their prices seemed to be just a couple of dollars cheaper. The lady I talked to was so friendly! I didnt know the room number yet since my friend had just gone into labor but she said they would take care of calling the hospital the following day to find out the room number for me. I wanted to order flowers in an old Ford blue truck but on the website they were shown as bright colors, I asked if they could change the flowers to more "baby colors". They said that would be no problem at all. My friend and her husband loved the flowers! She sent me a picture of them and they were beautiful!! They did a wonderful job, and the friendly service really put them over the top for me. They get 5+ stars! :)

Park Florist was very accomodating & met with me twice before my wedding to discuss my ideas for the flowers at our wedding. They sent me a detailed proposal with various options to select from, based on what we had discussed, and also called the week before the wedding to go over the final purchase order once more. I was relatively happy with the way that our arrangements, bouquets, boutonnieres, etc. looked for the weddings. The colors of some of the flowers were slightly "off" from what we had discussed, but it actually looked alright. Delivery the morning of the wedding was prompt & seamless. The employees that I worked with (mostly Bethany) were very professional & courteous & put in a lot of effort on researching what flowers would be best to use for the wedding colors & time of year.

I called from out of state and needed a same day delivery I called to place the order and I spoke with Jeanne who wasnt sure if the delivery could be made I explained that the was for a dear loved one who was ill and that it would mean so much if she could make the same day delivery happen. Within minutes she called me back and said they could get the flowers delivered. Not only was Jeanne super nice and understanding she made certain my flowers were beautiful and even emailed me the actual picture of them. Not often can you find people like this who will go above and beyond the call of duty and treat you as if you matter to boot! I applaud this business and I applaud Jeanne my angel today! I will definitely use them again and again! They gave new meaning to customer care and service!

Park Florist was easy to order from and the flowers were gorgeous. I am always nervous to send flowers to a friend or family member that lives far away from me because I am unaware of the local places to order fresh, quality bouquets from. My best friend just had surgery and I wanted to send something to brighten her day. Park Florists website was easy to navigate and find a beautiful bouquet in my price range. They also offer upgrade options to add additional flowers. Park Florist even emailed me a picture of the arrangement that was put together for my friend. I would definitely use Park Florist again!

We didnt know much about the local florists around us and decided on Park Florist in Takoma Park for a bouquet delivered to a good friend as a Thank You. Im so glad I ended up picking Park. They did a fantastic job on the flower arrangement. I wish I had ordered one for myself to take home. It just lifted up the room with all the deep, stunning colors in the arrangement. It ended up being delivered in a timely manner even though I ordered it same day at 10am. Very impressed and now we know a good local florist to highly recommend. Thank you!

(A couple weeks ago.) The staff was very helpful, and enabled me to get just what I wanted for quality and price. I wanted a special order with only the flowers I like. They did an excellent job, delivered on time, took care of the special needs of a "hard of hearing" delivery, and our friend was excited by the beauty of their flowers. They sent a photo of the arrangement. I have used them before for the particular DC area, and will use them again. I would recommend them to anyone that needs to be sure of the product and service!

Super friendly service and prompt, same day delivery. I wanted to send birthday flowers to my sister and they were able to incorporate some locally grown tulips which was a nice touch. I love the fact that they send an email with a photo of the arrangement afterwards. The only thing I would change is what I did - in that I didnt suggest that they avoid excessive amounts of PINK since my sister is not a pink kind of person. And guess what - the arrangement was kinda pink. My bad. I will definitely use Park Florist again.

I recently ordered a bouquet from Park Florist and am very pleased. Jeanne offered to reschedule the original delivery or cancel the order due to a computer error, in a prompt and professional manner. Two days later the arrangement was delivered as agreed to a very happy recipient. I asked that the arrangement have an emphasis on fragrance and was told that it was fragrant, beautiful and delightful. (Jeanne also sent me a great follow up photo.) I will use Park Florist again if the need arises!
