My husband ordered doz roses for vday for me to be delivered to me at work as a surprise. He ordered online 3 days prior. Hub called me at 430 to see if I liked what I got. Didnt know he was sending anything. I did not receive them. He called my workplace to see if they were delivered and found they were not delivered there until 4:15pm and I leave work at 4pm Then he called florist to let them know and they made him feel terrible because he did not specify a time online and they said "Well, what would you like US to do?", just making him feel worse. He spent over $100 and received such poor service. What kind of place would deliver to a workplace that late? He was so upset, poor guy. He is so shy and he was sick with a cold but didnt want them to get stolen by security or cleanup crew, so he rushed to my office from his workplace in Durham to pick them up before the doors were locked for the night and delivered them to me at home himself. The flowers looked sad, like someone threw some left over flowers together. One rose a full 4 inches taller than the rest, one is so short it barely comes above lip of vase. Just terrible all around. HE gets major points for all the time, money and effort he went to. I was able to cut and arrange them so they look better now. I can assure you that we will be sure to tell all our friends about this our experience with this product, delivery and most especially the customer service.

I just got married last weekend and I had the pleasure of working with Samantha, the wedding coordinator/florist and she was wonderful and very encouraging. As someone who actually didnt want a wedding and was doing this for the parents, I had no idea what I wanted or even a theme. We went through many options and flower arrangements and she guided me on what things would look like with the color purple (we narrowed it down to purple) the end product was amazing. My center pieces, the bouquets and the ceremony pieces were beautiful. Most of my guests took pictures of the center pieces with our wedding programs and posted on Facebook because they turned out so well. Samantha was able to work in center pieces for the bridal head table which was so thoughtful. I would recommend them over and over again. What a pleasure to work with and most importantly Samantha was willing to work with the budget I had. The flowers really made my wedding something special. I still have my wedding bouquet in one of my cylinders, I want to keep it alive as long as possible, my bouquet was so pretty! They were elegant and thats what I was looking for. So, thank you, for all of your hard work. p.s. there is a delivery charge, take it! Dont hesitate. The florist(s) on site did a fantastic job and I didnt have to worry about a thing!

It was easy to order using their online service. Ordered flowers for my wife the day before Valentines day and their website stated that it would be able to deliver the following day, valentines day. I called today, Valentines day, to ask if they would be able to have the flowers delivered prior to 5 pm because my wife works until 5 pm, they stated they could have it delivered by 5pm. I even offered to pick them up if they thought the delivery would be past 5 pm, i was assured that everything would be fine. My wife came home around 5:30 and she did not have any flowers :( I called and asked that the delivery come to my home residence and gave them the option for me to intercept the driver to get the flowers, they took my number and stated the driver would call me. I never received a phone call :( I called again and politely asked for a full refund, they obliged. I know it is Valentines Day and I should of probably called a couple days earlier but I feel as if I provided multiple solutions to make things right with no assistance from NRF. Quite disappointed and will from now on find a different florist. Their prices seemed reasonable for anyone who bothered to read all the way down here :)

Every year for Christmas we continue a family tradition started long ago by my grandmother and her sister in law--a gift of a dozen red roses to the family matriarch. They are gone now, and my mother is now the matriarch. North Raleigh Florist has been arranging and delivering Mothers Christmas roses for several years now, and they are always just beautiful--the service is excellent, the flowers always fresh, the arrangements impressive, the deliveries made promptly. I wouldnt think of calling anyone else for flowers in Raleigh. They are totally reliable and top drawer. (We also retired a show horse some years ago, and they made a beautiful rose and greenery blanket for the ceremony. Youd think they did it on a regular basis, it was so well done. Gorgeous!) Thanks, North Raleigh Florist, for another beautiful Christmas arrangements. We will be back next year, if not before.

North Raleigh Florist designed the beautiful flowers for my wedding at the Umstead Hotel last September. The set up was flawless, on-time, and exactly what I specified. I had several different types of arrangements including about 16 centerpieces (two different styles), a large piece for the card table, arrangements for the bars, about a dozen corsages/boutonnieres, 6 bouquets, flowers lining the aisle, pomander balls for the gazebo, and altar pieces. The quality of all of the flowers was great, and they were able to procure anemones (a flower I really wanted) during the off season when they are hard to get. Even when my mother-in-law decided during pictures that she no longer wanted a wrist corsage as I had ordered but instead a pin-on, the owner, Janice, quickly changed it for her as a courtesy. I couldnt have asked for better service or prettier arrangements!

My father passed on Saturday, and Sunday we were running around trying to find a florist to do two arrangements for his wake on Monday. We called everywhere: they were either closed or ridiculously expensive. I finally suggested to call North Raleigh Florist. Not only were they able to do the exact arrangements we needed, but they were on time, beautiful and at a moderate price. We were able to meet our dreams for arrangement for my fathers wake. Plus, a friend of mine had a bad experience with another florist that told her she wasnt going to get her arrangement for the wake. She contacted North Raleigh Florist, and within two hours they had her arrangement made, delivered and, again, it was beautiful!!!! I will definetly use them again for future arrangement needs! Thank you North Raleigh Florists!

I was very disappointed in the flowers I received from this place. My husband ordered me some and for $80 I got a very small, pathetic bouquet. There were three roses, three daises and a bunch of greens. I was shocked when I saw how much he spent! And he was shocked when he came home and saw them. Not only that but they wilted and started dying after only two days! So sad. I have a great husband who gets me flowers all the time and this was the worst experience. I would recommend English Garden in Raleigh as their bouquets never disappoint. Also, their delivery was slow. I didnt receive them until after 6:00pm and by that point the secret was blown as he asked if I received anything yet. Very disappointed and he will definitely not be using them again.
