Very personal service!! I was sent a bouquet of flowers (tulips) on valentines day. I placed them on my desk at work. The next morning when I came in 6 of the 13 tulips were wilted. I called the florist to ask if it was normal. I was told that tulips are fragile and need to be kept in a cool environment. I explained that my work place is kept cool (I work in a medical office and it has to be kept cool). They offered to replace the bouquet if I brought it in. I was a little disappointed as it was an extra hassle and I was not sure I was going to be able to get to the store before the end of the day. It did not seem unreasonable to expect that a bouquet of flowers last at least 24 hours. Later in the day, the owner called me personally. He explained that tulips are sensitive flowers and that it is very important to him that his customers are happy and that the the flowers are in good condition. He brought out a replacement bouquet in person. It was a very sweet gesture. Honestly, it was more than I expected. The bouquet is beautiful and still in fabulous condition this morning. (approx 30 hours later)

I got to see Rose Florist team at work at a wedding and the beautiful centerpieces they created that suited the theme the couple had selected for their special occasion. I was impressed with their attention to detail and professional conduct. So when I needed floral arrangement for my wedding, naturally I approached them because I wanted the best in business to take care of it. With so many choices available, Zee and Guli made it simple for myself and my fiance to choose the centerpiece and bouquets that described best our union. The lighting theme they demonstrated was immaculate that provided the warmth behind the bridal table that emphasized its importance. We were very impressed with the depth of their knowledge and experience and professional conduct. Were looking forward to our special night confident that we are in great hands. I needed some flowers on Sunday for a service at 9:00 o clock in the morning at a local funeral home in Fairfax, I called Rose Florist at 8:00 o clock in the evening before to see if they can deliver the arrangement the next day morning. A gentleman name Zee picked up the phone after hour and took my order and He assured me that the flowers will be deliver before 9 AM for the service, giving the fact they open at 11: 00 on Sundays. They really went out of their way to accommodate me in that very crucial time. I greatly appreciate their accommodation that meant a lot to me and my family. I live in North Carolina and needed to find a place to send flowers to my mom on mothers day. I waited till the day before which turned out to be no problem. My mom called me and told the flowers where beautiful and two weeks later she said they still looked good! I was very impressed and so I called in again for an arrangement for a friend that passed away. I asked for a custom job that resembled red skin colors and and was pleasantly surprised when I saw the finished product, they text a picture before delivering the flowers! They were sent same day for the viewing and I couldnt have asked for a better experience, especially since I called in from out of state!

This was our first time using Rose Florist and they knocked it out of the park! It was a last minute request, literally, they closed in 10 minutes and my son forgot to order a corsage for his prom date! They normally take orders for the corsages because of the special attention required and the colors, but she was able to make a beautiful white rose, wrist corsage that was absolutely beautiful!!! We are so grateful and my son saved face as no one knew he forgot thanks to Rose Florist! Well definitely be back for all our floral needs. You are truly appreciated! Rose florist shop is such a nice place I am absolutely in love with it!!i have ordered from them so many times for every occasions and everything was perfect and the flowers were so beautiful and fresh. Zee assisted me with my orders all the time he does an amazing job and hes such a nice person to talk to too. All i can say the costumer service was amazing theyll make you happy and help you with everything you need.Its one of my favorite flower shops of all the time... If you ever need a bouquet or fresh flowers for any occasions Rose Florist Shop is the perfect place. I highly recommend.

Ive used Rose Florist on many occasions from baby shower to birthday and, etc. and Im very please with them. Their flowers are always Fresh and Beautiful. I stopped by Rose Florist to pick up some roses from time to time because I work right in Fairfax and they have great roses at great prices. I strongly recommend this florist! I am getting married in 2 months. Rose Florist just printed our wedding invitation card and We are looking forward to have Rose Florist do our wedding Flowers. I have nothing but praise and thanks for this amazing store! I arrived late on Mothers Day looking for some flowers (long story why it took me so long) and the store was already locked and closed. But thank God, the manager (owner?) was in his car outside about to drive away. But he saw me and jumped out and opened the store just for me! He helped me pick out a bouquet and was as friendly as could be! Rose Florist has won me over as a customer!!! I highly recommend this florist!!!

Since Valentines Day falls on a Saturday this year I went ahead and ordered some flowers for my wife in the middle of the week, figuring they could hang around her office for a few days. I placed my order for a decent size arrangement at about 9:10 for same day delivery, within an hour and a half my wife had them at her office - and they looked GREAT. Could not be happier with how quickly they got out and how they turned out, this WILL be my go to place from now on.

Best floral experience ever! I love supporting local businesses. This was the most easy and painless transaction Ive ever dealt with it! Zee was very helpful in assisting me choose a floral arrangement that fit my budget. I couldnt be more happy! Zee even went out of his way to text me a picture of the arrangement. Now thats customer service! I will definitely use them in the future and recommend anyone that needs flowers in the area to give them a try!
