Well for starters I placed a order by phone at 11am, and was to pick up at 1230 the same day. Got to location which my arrangement should have been and was not. All calls routed to Falls of Neuse store but no one mentioned that. Didnt have time to go to different location 20mins out so Glen gave me complimentary delivery. That was fine until 530pm and no delivery. My arrangement finally came to my house at 745pm and was not correct. Spoke with Tim this morning to let them know when my arrangement finally got to home which was not the original delivery address. Informed him the order was not correct and the fruit was supposed to be half dipped. He apologized and offered to have 6 dipped strawberries sent to my home. I kindly declined his offer and state my 1st experience with them was terrible and would be my last. I had to pay full price for a large basket that was incorrect and delivered at 745pm. Its very sad that this happened because the fruit is actually perfect, but lack of customer service is a bigger deal for me.

This place is terrible. My boyfriend call in an order weeks in advance for Valentines Day. The arrangement was delivered to my work at 4:30 pm when I get off at 4:00 pm. Thankfully my coworkers put it in the fridge for me to enjoy the next day. WRONG! The fruit was terrible. The pineapple was almost white. It tasted AWFUL! You would think the store would atleast make sure that the fruit is ripe before putting it in the arrangement. The strawberries look terrible as well they were either too green/white or they were so mushy that you wouldnt want to eat it. The only thing that tasted good was the chocolate heart in the arrangement. When my boyfriend called the next day after letting them know how awful the fruit was all they could do was offer a dozen chocolate strawberries that you had to go pick up yourself. They would not even delivery. So I would think about choosing a place where you actually get what you pay for and not something that you pay $90 on and cannot even eat. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Placed an order over 24 hours earlier for a birthday delivery to a business that was practically 5 min away - 5 WHOLE MINUTES. I make a call at 2pm wondering what is going on and to get an update and was told that it was out for delivery. My order gets delivered at 4:45pm, 15 min before the business closes. My mother had already left for the day, which meant the surprise was ruined. Seriously, how many orders were going on that warranted a delivery at near closing time for a business? Update: Spoke with manager about this and he took care of the issue. Customer service makes the difference and because of that, has completely changed my opinion.

place a 200.10 dollar order for my wife and I anniversary and the birth of our baby girl today as well. they called me back after they made the order to tell me they dont have the kept safe frame. Then telling me they cant transfer the order to other store because they already made it. I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY WITH YALL AGAIN!
