I am that unfortunate customer who received bad customer service and have to give them 1 star. Havent seen the flowers yet, so cant speak to it, but the service was bad. When they failed to deliver on the set up date, they didnt give me a call to inform. I only found out when finally reaching them on the phone after 3 hours of trying to call. They said they could deliver the earliest on the following day. Although that would have no meaning since the following day was not our anniversary but god help, what else can I do, so I said fine. The following day, they didnt deliver until very late afternoon and we were so disappointed. Just purely disappointed and sad. I wish they understand that flowers are not like any other commodities. It brings special emotions to the recipients. I dont give a damn if their flowers are stunning and whatnot, if they fail to deliver in time, theres no value in it! Oh and good luck talking to them. Hope you talk to the nice and not the rude one of the two.

I placed a custom order on 2/26/2015 for a flower arrangement of peonies or (english) garden roses for my sister-in-law. Delivery was made 2/27/2015. I am very displeased regarding the arrangement of plain (open) roses. Those were not the flowers ordered. This $75 arrangement looked like a half-dozen roses you could pick up from a grocery store! If the flowers requested were not available I should have been contacted first. Given I live in Michigan, I could not visit the store myself to rectify the issue. The company has failed to answer emails or return voice messages placed from various phones. For more than 2 weeks I have been periodically calling just to speak with someone only to get the voicemail. Very disappointed I am. I hope someone will read this and choose to take their business elsewhere. Poor quality, irresponsible business behavior and a lack of professionalism have prompted me to finally write a public review. Please be wise.

I received flowers that were wilted when I got them. I called Emerald Florist and the lady never once apologized, was rude, and basically said it was an issue for 1-800-flowers. She said she would call them and let me know something. She never called back. I tried to call numerous times, but she would not answer until I called from a different phone number. Still no apology or answers. I called 1-800 flowers myself and they had no record of the flowers coming through them. I am waiting to hear back from my husband (who is deployed) where he ordered them to report her and her "family" business.

Beautiful Arrangement. Wanted to order locally rather than thru one of the online megashops that ship overnight and you have to then assemble the arrangement yourself. I found Emerald Gardens and was able to order easily via their direct website for next day delivery. Price was reasonable and arrangement was fresh and looked even better than the picture on the website. I will definitely use them again for my next floral needs.

I ordered a wrist corsage and boutonniere for my daughters prom. They were beautiful and the corsage and boutonniere matched each other perfectly. Emerald Gardens did such a great job! Beautiful flowers, beautiful design and great customer service. I have already ordered for the second prom they will be going to in May!

This was the first and last time I will use this florist!!!! The flowers I sent were supposed to be a surprise for my girlfriend... But, they thought it was a good idea to call her rather than me to see if she would be at work when they deliver them. Never again!!!!!!!

I just received flowers from this florist, that were delivered wilted. My husband ordered them for me, for our anniversary. I hope that this isnt a usual thing with this florist. You can bet your last dime, I will be telling EVERYBODY about this!!
