I ordered an arrangement for Mothers Day to deliver to my Mom who was vacationing at a resort in Myrtle Beach. On the Saturday morning, I tracked the arrangement to see if it had been delivered as I knew my Mom was out of the hotel at the time and wanted to double-check with front desk. The package was listed as delivered, but upon calling the front desk, they stated they never received anything. I called Edible Arrangements and Grace immediately said she would take a look. She went through the drivers notes and said that it was supposed to have been delivered that morning and that they ask hotel employees to put it in the fridge. She showed concern and empathy and told me that she would "make it right" whatever it takes. She insisted she would track it down and asked that I give the hotel another call with more specific directions to look for the package. The hotel still insisted they didnt receive anything so Grace said they would send another package in the morning and apologized wholeheartedly for the hiccup. My Mom arrived home at the hotel and 5 minutes later texted me saying thank you for the beautiful chocolate-covered strawberries. She said they were huge, fresh and delicious. The incident couldve turned out horribly (I dont know if the package was misplaced by Edible Arrangements or the hotel, but I assume it was the hotel) but Graces kind demeanour and willingness to help ensured that I would have no issue ordering in the future from Edible Arrangements and recommending to friends. Sharon was so accommodating and so kind when I needed a special request in a pinch. She delivered more than promptly and went out of her way. It was such a pleasure dealing with these people. Greg the delivery person was so sweet and helpful. This is the florist to use in South Carolina!
