In August 2015, I loss my mother unexpectedly at the age of 59. During the funeral planning process, Floral Dimensions was recommended to me by my hair stylist. I stopped in after a hair appointment and was met by a great staff member. I expressed to the staff member that my Moms favorite flower was the sunflower and that I would love for it to be incorporated into the spray. The staff member informed me that the designer would be making the arrangement and that I could speak directly with her and I did so. The day of the funeral service arrived and I stopped in (after an early morning hair appointment) to check-in with the designer to see how the arrangement was going. When I walked in the shop, I saw that she was working on it and it was simply breathtaking. The spray was definitely a statement piece at the service and on top of the horse carriage. I have received several compliments as to how "presidential" the service was and I know for sure that Floral Dimensions helped us achieve this status. In February 2015, we called upon Floral Dimensions again as my aunt (my Mothers twin sister) succumbed to Cancer. My sister and I assisted her son in the funeral planning and we knew right away that we could count on Floral Dimensions for another beautiful arrangement. My cousin informed us that he wanted her favorite teams (the Washington Redskins) color scheme to be incorporated in the service. We shared this information with the floral designer and another beautiful spray was "born". My aunts wishes were to be cremated so after the funeral service, we laid her spray on top of my mothers plot. We sincerely appreciate the efficient, gracious customer service, the level of detail and accountability Floral Dimensions demonstrated on each arrangement. We have, and will continue to recommend your business to others.

Five stars is not enough to rate this florist! I called on a Sunday asking for a stand up arrangement, which was needed for a funeral later that same day. I chose one of their many on line arrangements from their website. With such short notice not all of the flowers were readily available. The arrangement that I chose required red, white, and blue flowers. The red flowers shown on the website were carnations. I was told that no red carnations were available and that red roses would be used intead . . . for the same price!!! They notified me when the arrangement was delivered, which gave me peace of mind. I walked in to the funeral home and I was blown away by the arrangement. What a special arrangement in memory of a lost friend. Absolutely beautiful!! There prices are great, but the service and customization ability is priceless. I will always use them in the future for any floral needs. Ten Stars!!!

I have used this florist on many occasions and have always been pleased with their work. Today, FLORAL DIMENSIONS went beyond being just a florist : I was having an arrangement delivered to my mother who lives in a senior community and has full time caregivers. When the delivery person ( Steven) contacted the caregiver about the delivery, he felt something did not seem " right".....he called his supervisor and me ( I was unable to take the call). The supervisor then contacted my mothers caregiver explaining that the flowers were from me and they needed to be accepted. The flowers were then delivered. I live out of state and I very much appreciate the " heads up" by Steven and the entire staff of FLORAL DIMENSIONS. As it turns out, FYI, there was a substitute caregiver today which lead to the " confusion".

Floral Dimensions was incredible! They also did the flowers for my sisters wedding, so when it came time to plan mine, we never thought of using anyone else! Bea and Stephanie are delightful to work with--they listened to what we wanted, were happy to look at tons of images, and even painted custom vases for us. I was living overseas while planning the wedding in Durham, but they were happy to do most of the planning by email and only meet the few times I was in town. So convenient! They were flexible when we changed our minds and worked with us to craft the perfect designs within our budget. Also, you can count on their professionalism. They are always on time and totally on top of things. The flowers were stunning! We received so many compliments and were thrilled with the designs. Book them now!

Our wedding went better than we could have planned and we had a wonderful time! the tiki torches were very secure and didnt bobble at all! The floral arrangements looked great in the flower pots & the sand idea gave it the perfect amount of height and stability all the floral decorations looked great. But nothing took my breath away like my bridal bouquet it was absolutely exquisite and EXACTLY what I had envisioned. We had such a great time working with you and really appreciate the beautiful job you and your team did. Again our many many thanks!

Bea & the rest of the staff at Floral Dimensions were just the best to work with -- when I was handed my bridal bouquet, I was floored. It was as if Bea had taken the picture out of my head and made it reality! Similarly, my reception was breathtaking. Went in to grab some flowers for my girlfriend. They were extremely friendly and polite. Made me a beautiful arrangement right on the spot and packed it in a box with tissue paper and the price was great.. I will definitely be returning for more flowers.
