Cary Florist came through with flying colors on the flowers I ordered for my Aunt Ruby on the death of my Uncle Bill. Amy was such a great help in making this possible. The arrangement was beautiful & we were very pleased with the results. The Staff even went out of their way to email a picture of the finished product! I live in another state and called to have a plant basket sent to a friend who bought a new home in Cary. I found the arrangement I wanted on their website but called to discuss the specifics and the date of delivery. The person I spoke to was very friendly and helped me with my purchase. The process was very easy, and they were able to deliver the plant when I requested. My friend was surprised and very happy with the basket arrangement.

Cary Florist and Janice Cutler provided the flowers for my daughters wedding in June. The flowers were gorgeous and Janice went out of her way to get the white tulips and arrangements that were my daughters favorite flowers. Cary Florist catered to all our needs and even had us set up for an alternate plan provided it rained the day of the wedding since it was outdoors. Excellent customer service!!! Thanks Janice.

Hands down my favorite florist in the Triangle area! Their friendly staff and warm atmosphere make you want to just stop by the shop for a chat and to hang out... and they encourage that! This business is the best thing that has happened to downtown Cary in a long time! They deliver locally, nationwide and internationally and their workshops are my favorite GNO activity. Love this place!

Absolutely amazing customer service. Amy is fantastic. The corsage is perfect. I called Cary Florist at 3:45PM because the corsage I ordered elsewhere was not going to be delivered today as promised. Amy took my order over the phone, helped me with choices and said it would be ready in 30 minutes. Thank you so much for all of your help. You now have a new customer for life!

Highly recommended, Fantastic experience. Called in to request yellow roses be sent to my grandmas house because her brother passed away. They worked with my budget and created a custom mix and delivered same day. Grandma was happy, and my wallet was too.
