I had flowers delivered for my friend at a distant hospital. Davenport is her favorite florist, so I knew it would be extra special coming from there. The owner herself, drove the extra distance to make this delivery possible. The flowers were gorgeous. Also, the owner made numerous phone calls to the hospital to find out which room the patient was scheduled to be in so the flowers could be there as soon as the new mommy was!! Bottom line is incredible customer service, and gorgeous unique arrangements.

Rarely do transactions deserve special praise, this is an exception. My wife was visiting Cary on business. Based solely on the reviews here I selected Davenport to deliver a bouquet to her hotel. IN the space of 3 hours, on a holiday, Colette took my order, designed a bouquet, cut flowers from her garden to install something special, and delivered to the hotel. When I gave the incorrect hotel information she even called to confirm with myself and the hotel. Great job. Highly recommended.

After speaking with 3 other nearby florists on the phone, it was such a relief to get Collette on the phone. I havent even seen the flowers, but she took so much time to make sure she got the delivery details and knew instantly what I needed to surprise my friend at her opera competition. The level of interest and understanding that she placed into my little order made me feel very comfortable that the arrangements were in good hands.

As a Designer, I am extremely picky about my floral arrangements. I always give very sparse direction and Davenport has always exceeded my expectations! I have picked up for 30th birthday bashes, baby showers, had delivered (and received a photo via email just to ensure I was happy)! I have never once had any portion of a complaint with them!
