I used Victorian Seasons for my wedding on 10/06/12. If I hadnt decided last minute (last minute in my eyes), I probably would not have gone with Victorian Seasons. I will list every detail so that you, as a possible customer, can make your own decision and form your own opinion On 6/20/12 I emailed them, they responded the same day saying they felt confident that they could stay in my budget and would like to meet. We met that following Saturday 6/23/12. The meeting went okay. I had stated that I wasnt fond of roses everywhere in my wedding because I thought that was too typical. But for some reason, everything in my quote ended up having roses (spray roses) in them. She stated that she would have my quote emailed to me on 6/26/12, the day came and went, and I did not hear anything, so I emailed her the following day. She responded with the quote, and it was out of my budget.. not by much, but it was still out of my budget. I inquired that same day about how much taxes would be, but did not hear back from her until July 12. She had a family emergency. Which I understand, BUT there are other people that work for her that could have responded or got in touch with me. I had met with another florist, in the mean time and decided that he was about 3 times the prices as Victorian Seasons, so I decided to send a deposit to her. We also decided to meet again to discuss some changes. I wanted to get in my budget, and not have all the spray roses she had put in there. I sent her an email July 26 to decide on an actual date to meet, and she did not respond back until Aug 14th. We then figured out a date to meet again. She mixed the date up. To make this long story short, we had our second meeting. I brought a friend with me that knew a lot about flowers and I knew that she would be able to help me. Jo Lynn has a tendency to talk to you like you are in the business. She also jumps around a lot, and the conversation can get extremely confusing. So, if you dont mind someone that does not respond quickly, and can not stay in your budget, and does not really listen to what you want, then Victorian Seasons is fine. I will say that I did not have any issues the day off. Everything was delivered on time and everything was there. But, I wish I would have spent more time looking at other florist. I assumed that since she had all good reviews, that everything would be fine. Needless to say, you should not base your decision off of reviews. I read all her reviews, and they were all good. Go with your gut when deciding on a florist.

I used Victorian Seasons for my wedding on March 1, 2014. I knew nothing about florists and through Google found that this one was extremely close to my house, so I decided to stop by with my mom and see how it went. I had low expectations because it was the first place I looked, and I felt my budget for flowers was pretty small. Thankfully, the budget was the first thing we addressed, and Jo Lynn assured us that we could definitely stay within it. Based on what Ive heard, I think the price was unbeatable. Ive had several friends get married recently who spent way, way more on flowers than we did. When meeting with Jo Lynn, I did feel as though I couldnt really understand what she was describing, because I know nothing about flowers, but that would be my only complaint. And she was totally great with questions. When I arrived at the church before the ceremony, all the bouquets were there waiting in vases, and they looked even better than I could have imagined! Everything about them was perfect. My bouquet was light enough that my arm never got tired. Im dying to get my wedding photos back because I feel like I didnt have enough time to just stare at my flowers that day! I will say that you need to have some willingness to let Jo Lynn do her thing, and not control every single detail of your flowers. Once I felt the overall feel of what I wanted was understood, I was really comfortable with letting her bring the details together. It turned out perfectly. I 100% recommend Victorian Seasons.

Four years ago I ordered 4 candles (1 for me and 3 more for siblings) made with flowers from my parents funerals who passed within 8 days of each other. After inspecting the candle, I discovered that the "wax" had numerous air pockets and the flowers behind the "holes" had rotted. Because air has reached the flowers the rot is continuing into the flowers that are behind the wax. I paid $600 for these 4 candles and am disappointed that these candles have done this. I was NOT informed at the time of purchase that this was a possibility. I cant replace the rotted flowers. I took my candle back and they sent it off to whoever they contract to do this type of service. I was informed that this was "normal" and that theres nothing they can do. These candles with flowers from their funerals was and is very dear to me. If I had of known they would develop these air pockets during the making of the candles and the flowers would rot I would never have spent $600 to purchase them.....I would have instead sought a different alternative to preserve someting I cant get back.

I was looking for flowers for this mothers day. I Google around and found a set of flower that I like. I went to Victorian Seasons and ask if they can make the same set of flower on the pic. She looked at the picture for few times and she said she can do it. I asked if she want to keep the pic for reference. She was very confident that she can make the exactly same one for me. She said I can pick the flower up same day around 5pm. I went for the pick up..... the flower is different than what I expect. Well....... I will say about 60% similar. The price is fair, but I wish she can keep her promise to her customer.

I was planning a wedding on an extremely small budget, so I was relieved that the very first question they asked was "What is your flower budget?" and they worked with me to make sure I got what I wanted but still remained in my comfort zone. My flowers turned out beautifully and I got a lot of compliments. They were reliable, professional, listened to my ideas, but had a lot of their own. Wedding planning is stressful, but working with them was a breeze!

Jo Lynn at Victorian Seasons was a pleasure to work with. She helped me bring my floral ideas to life for my fall sunflower wedding in September, 2016. Victorian Seasons helped us stay within our budget and did the most beautiful work for us at an affordable price. The flowers were beautiful and they completely followed through with everything they promised. I am SO happy I went with Victorian Seasons for my wedding flowers. Thanks!
