We had the pleasure of working with Leigh Florist for our March 2017 wedding. To say the wedding planning process was overwhelming would be an understatement, largely because we live almost two hours away from our venue. We placed selecting a wedding florist on the backburner. Before we knew it there was a little more than a month before our wedding and we had not secured a florist. We became disheartened when we called a couple of florists and were told not only were they not available for our date but they could not recommend anyone on such short notice. However our officiant recommended that we contact Leigh Florist. From our first phone call the staff at Leigh Florist put us at ease. I had scheduled a couple of vendor visits in the area for a Friday and they were able to accommodate my schedule on short notice. I advised right from the first phone call that we only needed bouquets, boutonnieres and two floral arrangements for the altar. We never felt any pressure to order additional flowers. I met with Mallory and advised of our budget and favorite flowers. Based on my description, Mallory made our vision come to life and kept it within our budget. On the day of our wedding, the bouquets and boutonnieres were promptly delivered to our hotel before pictures. The rest of the flowers were delivered to our venue. The flowers were beautiful and were exactly what we envisioned. As a nice added touch, they sent us a thank you card both after our initial meeting and after the wedding. Looking back on the wedding, the flowers were a detail which we did not initially place much importance on but now could not have imagined our day without them. Leigh Florist was extremely easy to work with and we would highly recommend them.

I was looking for a florist close to my daughters wedding and found Leigh Florist on the internet. Reviews were really good and decided to use them for our flowers. Owner was ok to work with but didnt really give any professional advice on how flowers should look. When the bridesmaids flowers were delivered to my home yesterday, I was in shock. The calla lily bouquets for the bridesmaids were a joke and an embarassment. They were five mini callas wrapped in ribbon with a black ribbon (with a white dotted line) tied around it. The bouquets were $70 a piece. It looked like the were maybe a $20 arrangement. I called the florist and complained and she said she was sorry but there was nothing she could do about it. She said that is what my daughter ordered. My complaint is SHE is the professional. You would think she would have said it would look skimpy and you need to add this or that. I would NEVER go back to this florist or would I ever recommend them to anyone. I think the flowers really help to create the mood in the reception hall and I was not happy with the arrangements either (especially for the price). My suggestion to you is make your florist show you a sample before you order anything. I wish someone had given us this advice. I would have been much happier yesterday.

I chose Leigh Florist because I was looking for someone who was dependable. The florist was located near the place of ceremony, and the florist had delivered flowers there many times before. Therefore, the situation sounded promising. The owner, Denise, was willing to meet with me many times to iron out all of the details of my wedding day. She was quick to respond to phone calls and/or e-mails. She provided the flowers for my bridal party, family, and church decorations. When the flowers were actually delivered, they were MUCH smaller in proportion than I had expected. A sample display was suppose to be shown to me ahead of time, but Denise was unable to get the flowers. She said the company (from which she orders) did not have them in stock. Anyway, I definitely was charged an outrageous price for the quality/amount of flowers that I received! The church flowers looked like they had been thrown together last minute. Besides that, my mothers corsage was wilted within a few hours. My advice is to get a sample made ahead of time so that you are both on the same page. Also, visit several florists to compare prices before booking one. Good luck!

A step through the door of Leigh Florist will tell you that this is not your typical flower shop - no kitchy "message" balloons, oversize teddy bears, or displays of Skittle-colored arrangements that you would send your grandmother for her birthday. In fact, to call it a flower shop would be an insult - this place is a studio, with an interior that mixes 19th century Victorian with 21st century hip. The designers work with artistry and an eye for style. They are not afraid to push the envelope and thus, keep their arrangements fresh and innovative. If you are looking for a bear-and-flower basket to send to your 80-year-old Aunt Nancy, you can visit your local run-of-the-mill flower shop. But if your looking for an eye-catching, trendy arrangement that you would be proud to display on your table or send to anyone, you cannot go wrong by calling or stopping in to Leigh Florist!

We used Leigh Florist for our wedding on 10/10/15 and were very pleased with the level of service and quality of their work. Denise was very helpful and pleasant to work with throughout the process. We had a fairly large amount of decorations that we provided to go along with the floral arrangements. We dropped off all of the decorations at Leigh about a week before the wedding and they took care of everything for us which was a huge help. On the day of the wedding Leigh was on time with all of the bouquets/boutonnieres (which had to be dropped of at our hotel) and they did a fantastic job of decorating the ceremony area and reception area. All of the floral arrangements looked amazing and Leigh Florist worked very hard to make everything seamless and perfect. Leigh Florist exceeded our expectations and well certainly be using them again. Thank you!

That moment when you find the perfect place Ah Ha! Leigh Florist was all that and More. From the moment we saw her design portfolios coupled with the fact that she was best of the knot for 3 straight years- I knew how our wedding would turn out-PERFECT! Thanks to Denise and the great staff to make my day the greatest day of my life Thank You a thousand times! I wish you could make the flowers for every Brides wedding!

Leigh Florist can almost work magic! This florist has a great eye for color/texture and their expertise helped us out a lot for our event. We had OK ideas but since we let her take our taste to the next level, the results were breath taking! If we had gone with our ideas, the flowers would have been below average and we would not have been happy. Let the expert take over and you will be very pleased!

Leigh Florst provided our flowers for our wedding and my sister in laws!! They were EXTREMELY accommodating even after we changed our minds a hundred times! The flowers were perfect and lasted a while after the wedding too!! The staff was friendly and extremely dependable! Would use them again in a heartbeat!
