Had a little miscommunication with an order for Mothers Day. Jim the owner of the shop was very professional in dealing with my frustration and heated reaction, and did everything he could to make good on the situation. Highly suggest for anyone to keep communications via telephone; Facebook messaging caused more of a miscommunication which escalated the situation more so on my end, as I was unaware they do not use FB Msgr. Jim is a standup guy so deal with him direct if you have any issues. Will consider this florist again in the future.
