Id like to say that Im the sharon referred to by the one person who complained 3 years ago that i kept putting her off for one excuse or the other, the excuse was that my husband was critically ill and i was out with him, and then she demanded an appointment on weekends that were easter, mothers day, or weekends im not scheduled to work. When I explained that i wouldnt come in on my weekend off to do her wedding consultation, she told me she would just use another florist, i told her that was fine with me. You cant expect anyone to come in to work on their day off to accommodate your schedule, not to mention she had missed 2 appointments already with no call until after the scheduled appointment time. and if the other person would have contacted the shop about her roses, we would have replaced them immediately. sometimes roses come in and look great and they go out and they go from bud to dud, we have no way of knowing that if some one doesnt call and let us know. we get fresh flowers in on a daily basis. No one should make a review, if they havent first contacted the person in question to try and make it right.

Im one of those, who have called at noon on the day I want flowers delivered, and have had them come through for me. Of course, I left the arrangements completely up to them and I was exceptionally pleased with what they delivered for me. Every person Ive ever spoke to at their shop has been nice and helpful. I would assume that anyone else that had a problem, perhaps wasnt being flexible. We used Agape when we needed wedding flowers for my son and his bride and I know that they only offer consultations on certain days and not around a holiday. We were given a time that we all agreed upon for the consultation and we arrived on time and they were ready to meet with us. Not sure what the problem was with anyone else who said they wouldnt see them, perhaps they had already booked others or it was near a holiday or the person arrived late for their meeting and couldnt be seen then. All I know is the roses I got for my wife lasted a long time and I wouldnt use any other florist.

I sent flowers to co-workers using teleflora and they came from A New Leaf. I was SO happy. The flowers were more beautiful than even the images on teleflora, I will be using this florist exclusively now and ordering directly through them to save the hassle of teleflora. AMAZING service and BEAUTIFUL arrangements. They went well above my expectations. My co-worker who received her flowers even commented that they were still gorgeous almost a week later. The several days that she had them at work they still looked like the day they first arrived.

I tried to use Agape florist as my wedding florist. I called for multiple weeks and Sharon kept putting me off for one excuse or another. The people there are quite rude, and when I said I was interested in going to another florist since she just couldnt find time to see me, she delightfully replied, "Okay! Thats fine!". I will never use this florist or even think about using them in the future.

What do you do when it is after 3pm and you need flowers delivered today. You call Agape Flowers and get treated to outstanding customer service. I live in the Great Northwest and Agape came through in a pinch. Thank you Agape for making a loved ones birthday special.

I like Agape. Their arrangements are well crafted (avoid book orders and let them use your own judgment, or you use your own judgment) and their deliveries are reliable. Im guessing whoever has had problems with them hasnt given them a chance to redeem themselves.

My husband ordered me flowers in March for my birthday they was so pretty. So called them again to get my Anniversary flowers Fri. Was very upset some of the flowers was broken off. Also some of them looked dead .

We had a delivery of some really beautiful roses, so when we wanted to send a fruit basket, we called them - great fruit/cheese&cracker package.
