What a spectacular florist! I have sent three different families flowers from this florist to express sympathy and support over the loss of a beloved parent. Each time the flowers have been absolutely beautiful, tastefully arranged, and delivered with care, on time. I have received notes back from my friends thanking me for the thoughtfulness of the gift, but especially commenting on the extraordinary quality of the flowers and the beauty of the arrangement. I placed these orders by phone (having never visited the shop) and have been impressed with the care and attention to detail the florist exhibited in capturing the essence of my request. Each time I felt like I was dealing with a proprietor who cared about the quality of product he could deliver and wanted to make sure I knew precisely what I would be sending to my friends. I highly recommend this florist for flowers for any occasion.

Calling from Cambridge, MA, we needed same-day delivery of flowers to a relative in Chevy Chase in memory of a deceased. Comparing our options on the web, I was most impressed by the quality and the enthusiasm of the reviews for Chevy Chase Florist. I reached Winston on the phone and he proved most helpful, personable, and efficient. A few suggestions, a note dictated, a credit card rendered, and within not more than a couple of hours, the most heartfelt thanks from the recipient for our thoughtful and "most exquisite" orchid arrangement. Florist not to be trusted to send what you ordered! Chevy Chase Forist did the unforgivable. I called and ordered a bouquet and ordered the premium size as it was the memorial of a good friend. What was delivered was a very small ( like the smallest size in the online picture) very puny vase bouquet that was totally embarrassing. I sent an email to them and of course got no refund and not even a response. I just think the florist did not think I was going to attend. I had to appologize for the flowers. Do not use them.

Unprofessional and impolite people. I placed an order 3 weeks in advanced via phone. I explained what I wanted clearly and I confirmed it by an email. On the day of delivery I went to check on their business since it was my first time to deal with them. They had not provided acceptable flowers. I had to change my order which was not what I planned for my occasion. They did not apologize and even tried to charge me extra. I spent quite bit of money but it was a valuable experience for my future needs.

I have used this florist 4 or 5 times in the last year, and each time Ive been thrilled with the flowers they send! They are easy-peasy to work with, and choosing to let them design an arrangement of their choice allows them to create with their freshest, prettiest flowers! Im going to contact them today to order Mothers Day flowers! I highly recommend them!

I just received a beautiful Valentines arrangement of roses in assorted colors. The flowers are fresh and the colors are very vibrant. This place is great. Theyve helped me out a few times with arrangements delivered the same day. They are also convenient to the friendship heights metro if you are using mass transit to visit a special friend. Highly recommended.
