Searched for a newer 4Runner for 2 months before going to City Used Cars. I shopped at Fred Anderson Toyota in Raleigh (what a horrible experience), Leith Toyota, Hertz Buy Direct, Impex Auto in Greensboro, as well as some other regional car dealers in the RDU area. City Used Cars had the exact 4Runner for which I was looking (2015 SR5, Black, 4WD). The process of buying a car here was seamless and very price competitive. They filled up my gas tank upon purchase and made sure the car was detailed and washed. If you are looking for a trustworthy dealer who thoroughly inspects and evaluates the cars they put on their lot, look no further! My wife and son will be looking for new cars in the next 30-60 days and I am going straight back to City Used Cars for both of these purchases!

I cannot say enough about the great service I received from Cheri and Russ at City Used Cars in Raleigh. After visiting friends in Raleigh and hearing about them, I decided to expand my used car search from local dealers in Richmond to include City Used Cars in Raleigh. I wasn’t sure what make and model wanted, in fact I was all over the place trying to balance quality and expense. One of the great things about working with them is I wasn’t limited to what was on their lot. They searched for cars for me and got me exactly what I wanted, a gorgeous black 2015 Ford Edge Titanium with the awesome panoramic sunroof at a great price. I highly recommend you check them out when you are in the market for a car. They Rock!

I drove 3 hours to look at an 07 Honda Fit Sport and I am so happy that I did...I bought my first car here and my experience was absolutely wonderful! The owner worked with me since I was paying cash and offered me a very fair price. He stayed open past business hours since I would not be able to make it before he closed and he ended up staying 2 hours later due to insurance issues. Him and the staff worked with me and were very courteous and nice, not at all pushy like most car dealerships. All of my questions were answered with honesty and I love my little Honda! I would recommend anyone looking for a car to try here!

FROM THE VERY FIRST EMAIL TIL THE MOMENT I GOT MY KEYS TO MY MINI COOPER THESE GUYS WERE PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL, AND PRECISE. I DROVE 2 HOURS TO LOOK AT THE MINI NOT ONLY DID THEY STAY LATE HOURS AFTER THEY CLOSED TO WAIT ON ME AND WORK AROUND MY SCHEDULE, BUT THEY HAD THE CAR CLEAN AND FULL TANK OF GAS. I FELT VERY CONFIDENT IN MY DECISION AND WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. I MYSELF WOULDNT GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
