Its going to be a long story but has a happy ending. Its quite a car buying experience with Java auto for me. I had my almost new car totalled which i got from a reputed showroom. Hence this time i decided to buy a car from a family owned dealership from my locality with a limited budget. My wife and myself did quite some research and finally i found Java auto from web based on good reviews and every review was talking about Mehdis honest approach which made me to walk into their shop. I walked into their shop on Tuesday and orally confirmed on getting an Acura from them as i had to travel out of station that week. When i came back, the Acura was sold to a different person due to a miscommunication. Thats the time i met Mehdi for the first time and he understood my disappointment and told me that he will get me a good vehicle for a good price. To be precise, his words were "I will make you happy" and eventually he stood by his words. Within next 2 days he called me and showed me a Mazda CX-9 Grand Touring with all the features that i was looking for. He gave that for a very good price and at least $1000 less than the market price when compared to other dealership and cargurus. He allowed me to take the car to check with 3rd party mechanic. He did all the paper work quickly. The tail light was broken and he offered to replace it. He promptly ordered it and called me 1 week later to fix it. He personally took the car to fix it and brought it back quickly. My experience is that Mehdi is a honest person and i believe he conducts his business in that way. He is very straight forward and my advise is that one shouldnt try to bargain with him as he already sells at a reasonable price. He also charges optimal processing fee when compared to other dealership. One other observation that i made is that his stock of cars are not more than 8 to 10 years old which indicates that he always retains relatively newer car in his stock. Its been 2 weeks and the car is just fine. I really had a great experience with Java auto and more importantly i trust Mehdi. Im seriously looking to buy another car. Though i see few cars at different places within my budget im actually waiting for Mehdi to get back to me with options because i really want to do business with him again. I would highly recommend Java auto and Mehdi for anyone who just want buy a good car at a reasonable price from a honest seller.

I recently purchased a 2003 Civi SI. I drove down and saw it on Sunday. I called and inquired about it. I asked if I could take it to see a mechanic and they said yes but it had to be 20 miles locally. They told me that AutoPark Honda in Cary. I set up an appointment with AutoPark in Cary a week later and they let me take it to them. I had to pay AP for their services. The results were great except tires. I told Majid about the tires and he was very honest and worked with me. I thought and prayed on it and made a deposit. I had to go out of town. I went back on Saturday. We closed deal. I had NADA and KBB pages to what the car was worth and they were in the ranges of the averages of both numbers. It was easy because they make you get your own finances. It was very smooth and an up front transaction. My deposit was refunded to my credit card. I love the car and would highly recommend them. I have only driven twice since purchase. It is in my garage. So far things checked out stellar. Both brothers and staff were calm and professional. They have nothing to hide or conceal as with the experience with another dealer. It is bottom line dealing. It was peaceful for me with was a god sign for me that it was legit. To any used car, it is not new PEOPLE, there will be some flaws. I think this is why is says "AS IS". You have to make it your responsibility to get a pre-sale check and pay for it or have a local mechanic look it over. I have owned 4 cars ( all Hondas) , Two were purchase new. Ive had a 2002 s2000 that was used and totaled a year later. It was great like this car is. It is no pressure and they leave the choice to you.

Extremely nice employees. I hate shopping for used cars but Java really did make it much better. This is the best used car dealership I have ever been to. I am 21 and there are dealers who wont give me the time of day because they think I am "too young" I assume, and blow me off. These people were professional and treated me well and were very helpful from the second I stepped on the lot. They did not pressure me at all into looking at anything and let me be unless I wanted help. When I first came, the woman said the car was unlocked, feel free to check it out and just step inside if I had questions or wanted a test-drive. I have had the vehicle probably over 2 months and have not had issues (knock on wood). The owner was very friendly and helpful. They replaced the brakes on the car right before I purchased it as an added bonus when I told them they were worn. One of the best parts about this dealership is that they do not do financing which I think is awesome. I hate dealerships who finance to make all their money so that is why I like that Java does not finance. This dealer stocks nice cars from what I saw when visiting. I drove a little over 2 hours to make the final decision and deal and it was definitely worth it to me. Consider this lot if you are looking for a used car because used car dealerships are not fun but Java Auto made it much better for me than anyone else I have dealt with.

I recently purchased a pre-owned Hyundai Sonata at Java Auto Sale, I have purchased ~ 10 cars in the 43 years, but purchasing that Sonata from Java resulted in the best car buying experience I have ever had. The sales staff were courteous, professional, straightforward, and honest in their dealings with me. When I visited there business, the pre-owned car I was looking for was not in their inventory. They then helped me to located the car I wanted which was located at another dealership, and had it carefully inspected before it was shipped to their lot. After it was shipped, they checked it again, and had it cleaned and detailed. They also helped me to located a lender who offered a lower interest rate for a car loan than that offered by a credit union that I belong to. I am not used to a car dealer providing this level of customer service - quite the opposite. In short, they made the process of buying a car easy, less stressful, and they were professional and ethical in their dealings with me. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from Java Auto Sale, or recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a pre-owned car.
