My friend had spent all week getting a Honda checked out by a third-party and definitely wanted to buy the car. On Thursday, they would not let her drive it off the lot or purchase it until proof of insurance so she told them 100% she would purchase the car on Friday, so she got insurance put on the car Thursday evening, and back on Friday morning. They SOLD THE CAR RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER! They never asked her to put a deposit and knew she would be back to purchase it on Friday. Horrible customer service and way of doing business.

I bought my first car from here, an 01 Saturn. The car was overpriced, however otherwise I had a great experience. Reggie was very nice and quick to help. I found out it was overpriced (tag said $4995) when I took it to Firestone, I was told to pay no more than $2000. I told Reggie I would pay $2000 and he accepted. The car was well worth it, it was in sound mechanical condition under the hood, the problems were cosmetic. The best car I could have gotten for my budget, thanks!
