I give them zero stars because of my personal experience with this business. I brought a vehicle from Boulevard pre owned when i received the vehicle it was low on oil. My battery terminals were loose and it would cause my car to turn off simple fix just tighten the terminal and and oil. Also the car would stall while driving like it had a manual transmission but it was a automatic. I brung up these issues to the dealership and they looked at me with confused faces like it was no way that there vehicle was doing such things. Now another week or so later my vehicle starts cutting off at random on me but mostly while im up hill at a stop light or down hill. Also at this point its been about a month and my brakes were scrubbing im nowhere near a mechanic but i know what brakes arent supposed to sound like. I was late for payment and felt like i shouldnt have to pay the dealer with all of this going on with my vehicle. I took my car to The dealer and he insisted on driving the vehicle to see for himself what was wrong with it he plugged a computer to my engine and while he was driving the car worked fine minus what i felt like were some minor transmission issues because i felt like the vehicle would take too long to shift gears. The dealer the entire ride kept saying "refering to the computer" im not getting any codes i dont see anything wrong. Well long story short he was very nice and moved my payment date and said if i take the vehicle to his personal shop he will pay for whatever needs to be done to the vehicle he gives me the number and the directions to the shop. I get to the shop and try to find the person he told me to go to and he is not there i call the next day to keep from waiting time it goes straight to voicemail i tried 3 more times after this same thing everytime no ring just voicemail so one day on the way to work the car was jumping and the brakes barely worked i would have to slam on brakes just to slow down so i park the car at work and i try to put it in reverse to straighten out and the car wont move so i call the dealership the dealership gives me there personal towing information and says it would be 75 dollars not bad. I call the tow truck and the driver says he would be to the car at 330 and i would have to be with my car so i get to the car at 330 and wait untill 430 no sign of any tow truck. So the following day i call the tow truck and it goes straight to voice mail. This is my personal experience with this company. I went to this company because i do not make enough money to try and buy a car from a dodge ford or chevy dealer and i did not expect any or this to happen.

The worst. Bad business. Selling lemons to people. My opinion take your cash somewhere else. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
