Trust me, if I could rate as 0 star, I would do that without any doubt. Such an incompetent and disappointing team. I went to the printing center on Wed night asking for some extra copies of material previously done in the exact same store. I even brought a sample for their reference. One assistant manager helped (after asked and with an attitude) put down all the requirements and I left. Thu night I got a notice from them telling me the project was done. I went picking them up on Fri morning finding they did it so wrong. For Gods sake, the sample was piled on the top of them. Couldnt anyone tell the difference between the sample and the new copies?! When I asked them why, they told me, the requirements were written on the sheet. Thats your job! Not mine! Fine, asked for a redo and told them I would need it around 5pm. Called at 4:30pm and they said they were under-printing still. Okay, probably youve had a busy day. When I asked when it would be done so I could schedule my Fri night accordingly, they just said they didnt know! Complained to the manager, same lame answer and not even an apology. What a HUGE disappointment and revisiting Office Depot? OVER MY DEAD BODY.

This would make a good grocery store, most use items are on the outside walls. You must walk the entire store to find similar type items. You would think paper clips would be near the paper and pens, no clear on the other side of the store. It was close to somewhere else I was shopping so I decided to stop. Not likely to make that mistake again, other office supplies are fairly close in the same shopping center and never had any complaints about the store layout, you can get in, find what you need and get out quickly.

Pulled a bait-and-switch on me. When I try to talk to the manager about it, I was surrounded by 3 people all telling me how I was wrong and in my personal space. When I tried to talk to the store manager, or get someone in charge, the person who caused the problem just kept telling me that he was not going to let me talk to them, and I had to tell him everything. I will never go to this Office Depot again, and Im pulling my companys business from this place.

I just had a great experience here. Walked in the store, was immediately greeted by an extremely friendly employee who took me directly to the item I wanted, which ended up costing 50 cents instead of $9 because it was on clearance. He then checked me out right there in the aisle with his tablet device. I was on my way in less than 5 minutes.

I prefer this stores selection over Staples. Waiting to check out is usually a painful process at office supply stores and this store isnt any different. However, I like that I am acknowledged and asked if I need help and employees are usually easy to find when I have a question. It makes up for the long check out process.

Incompetent meal delivery people take your outgoing mail out of your mailbox put it in someone elses mailbox put your incoming mail in someone elses mailbox this happen for the first two months I moved into Angier I had to go talk to the supervisor and the postmaster three times to get this taken care of

Incredibly slow "business services" employees. Spent 20 minutes waiting in a 1-person line. Friendly staff.. but turtle-speed. Would have rated 1 star if not for friendliness. Quality of prints was sufficient.

The staff here act like they would rather be anywhere other than here having to help a customer. The cashiers spiel was so rehearsed and robotic yet delivered so unethusiastically it was painful to listen to.

Service was fantastic! I needed to return a office-grade shredder that was faulty and I did not have the receipt or box. But they returned it for me anyway! That kind of service is hard to find now days.

This store always seems understaffed, so on the rare occasion I walk in and dont know where to find that random item I need, there is usually never someone to ask. Other than that, everything is great

Large store with just about everything you could need. They also have a fair amount of promotions that run almost constantly so you usually can get a great deal on what you need
