I have given the Copy & Print services here multiple chances as they are conveniently located to me, but I have consistently had bad service for multiple projects. Order online and they will not even print your order. Even though it is guaranteed same day. They dont even pull it up to look at until you call or stop by. Multiple projects I have now had to wait and make 2 or more trips just to get simple printing done. This is the THIRD time I have placed an order, guaranteed same day availability, and they havent even LOOKED at the job more than 24 hours later and probably wouldnt have looked at it if I hadnt stopped by to see what was going on. .

As stated by a previous review, I would not recommend the Copy and Print shop for their poor service. I ordered prints online the day before, and when we went in to pick them up the next day, we found that they had not even noticed our online order. We waited there for 45 minutes while they struggled to print just three 4x6 prints! In the end, we walked out of the store without our prints!

I needed 6 copies 40 minutes before the store closed and was turned away. Who knew it took SO long to print 6 single sided word documents? Why do they shut things down so far in advance of the store closing? I guess Ill go to another copy shop for this and another store to shop (I needed to grab a few items also).

I have been living withing the vicinity of this OfficeDepot location over 3 yrs now.. Always go to this store for my office supply since always find good deals, all the product I want at the same time online order come more quicker to this store it seems.. Staff is really friendly... always helpful...

I LOVE this store!!!! The staff is very friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to assist customers. Theyve helped me search for (and find) many needles in the hay stack over the years. This is my go-to destination for office supplies.

I mostly utilize the store for my printing needs. I will say that they have printed everything to my satisfaction however it is sometimes very difficult to get someone up to The Cutting counter to even help you.

Wont process a return for a defective tablet because their manager doesnt know how to do an override from a sale price! Now I have to drive 40+ minutes to another store. I will NOT be back.

Always very helpful. Store is clean and well kept. I needed a book spiral bound that was falling apart at the spine. They were unable to do this due to copyright laws?
