For several months we have had the honor of getting to know Christina Penque as a Cort Representative. Recently our community, Sterling TownCenter Apartments has decided to have a guest suite and called Christina. She was fast to act on recommendations and came out to meet with our Property Manager. Within a few days, we had our Cort Furniture delivered by AK and Eduardo. They as well, delivered exceptional customer service and where very polite. I would highly recommend going thru Cort versus any other furniture competitor, as you can not put a price on customer service and these individuals know how to prove it!

I would give 0 stars if possible. The reasons for that are the following: - the contract states I will be billed on the 1st of each month, but I was billed in the previous month - because of that, they charged me late fees - the bigger problem is that they did not even inform me of the bill (no email, not post about it) - I talked to Joshua Strausbaugh about that and he said they will waive the late fees because I wasnt even late in the first place, the bill was due at the end of the month - surprise surprise, next month I get billed late fees DONT EVER CHOOSE CORT! Youre better off buying!

We have purchased used furniture from them on a few occasions. However, on this last occasion, we were shown a chair but the matching sofa was in the back. We purchased them both. Upon delivery, the chair was fine. On the other hand, the sofa smelled like old sweaty socks; just disgusting. We have been trying to clean it for two days but to no avail. At the least, we will never purchase furniture from the Raleigh location again. In fact, we are considering never purchasing from Cort again. Just HORRIBLE customer service.

We needed a file cabinet in a specific color. We were unable to find it at the numerous stores we visited. I went to Cort and Sinetta found exactly what we needed. She was wonderful! Even got same day delivery! Highly recommend Cort and Sinetta!
