Awful customer service ... Prices at this store seem higher than they ought to be on several items Ive priced - also the attitude of the employees has been poor on almost every occasion Ive been there. On one occasion I bought a monitor there and the employee displayed an awful attitude when I chose not to buy the extended warranty and told me it was a bad decision. I can find better prices on Amazon, probably better customer service also. As a local business owner, I dont appreciate the chilly reception I always receive here. Updated on 1/26/2012: Theres an employee here who always offers to help me when I go in. Hes one of the first truly friendly employees who work at this store. I went in today, and he again offered to help me and promptly helped me find what I needed. A minute later, I hear the manager in the front of the store yelling at him publicly in front of all the customers for not doing his job correctly or finishing a job she gave him to do. First off, she could have done it somewhere else privately and not where the whole store could hear (I was near the back and could hear every word of her yelling) and secondly - hes one of the only people who works in this store that acts friendly! Sad that this is the best Fuquay has to offer for office supplies ... they need a major customer service overhaul. Keep the employee and fire the manager.

Hello, I came in today to buy some earbuds with my friend while there was other customers looking for help me and my friend get stared at and get asked if we can get some help after saying no about 3 times I figured that the point would get across but within my 10 to 15 minutes of sitting there I heard a lady mention needing help and never getting it :////// but I would.enjoy it if you just left it to the manager to stare at me behind the register than have someone breathing down my neck and for people to also understand that not only teenagers steal or need help. The good part was when I get checked out because the guy was friendly and well mannered its a shame I dont remember his name but he was tall with long brown hair. Have a fantastic day though

I have been going to this Staples since it opened. I have always found the staff, through the last 10-15 years, been working hard and willing to help. When the store in Garner was closed, the manager transferred to FV and is such a delight. The managers have always been professional, personable, and will help you find/get products/services you need. The PC tech group and the in-store personnel are quite knowledgeable. More than once, I have gotten assistance to find something online that wasnt in store and/or gotten help with coupons, etc. - a big plus.

Awful customer service by each employee I encountered. Instead of leaving with big items I needed I left without them to go elsewhere. Will not be back there and refuse to buy from some where that treats customers like a bother. After having to search someone down three times for help with items to then be treated like I was an annoyance and then was told different things by each different employee plus one was clueless. Very frustrating experience and the "managers" were the worst two out of them all.

If you want to buy from a store run by teenagers, shop here. I bought a chair here after the salesman told me you could assemble the chair without the arms. Got home and began assembly only to find that the arms are what hold the chair together! Also, the chair I bought went on sale at twenty dollars lower the very next day. Called to discuss this and could barely hear the manager over the sound of young girls giggling. This store isnt going to last.

Im at this store way too often! Danielle and the print staff are friendly and quick. The store is well stocked and generally has what I need. They also always price match Amazon and Wal-Mart which is fantastic, as prices can vary drastically. Ive had poor experiences with one of the managers and a few of the employees in the past, but such is life when shopping in a retail store.

Customer service varies, I have been in many times and majority of the time someone is very rude. I have honestly only had one good visit there where I was helped immediately and professionally, all the other times have been nothing but problems. Do not plan on returning to Fuquay site.

They took forever to say anything to me and even acted as if I wasnt standing there. And on top of that they wouldnt assist me with finding out why I wasnt getting there email. They obviously didnt care. sorry place to go! Stay away if you want someone happy helping you!

Absolute crap products. Their "office chairs" fall apart on a regular basis, maybe 2 or 3 months after purchase. Made with cheap, crap materials. Then try to return them, and they dont want to honor their warranty, trying to find ways to blame YOU and make it your fault.
