Hands down the absolutely best computer repair in all of the Charlottesville area. My first experience was a 30$ charge to recover my hard drive after I received a quote from best buy of "probably impossible but at least $600 whether they could retrieve or not". Next I bought a refurbed computer for a job I was doing for 200$. It did and has worked perfectly. My latest experience was a work computer that needed to be upgraded but the consulting agency I am working for did not have time and had tried thru Providyne to update remotely but was unable. They sugggested I buy one already loaded with what I needed. Advantage upgraded to windows 10 added spyware and encryption per my job site request. The work was flawless, quick and saved my company over 1000$. Love those guys. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I recently had a great experience with Advantage Office Systems. Doug and the rest of the staff guided me through both a printer and computer purchases for my company - purchases that will ultimately save us a lot of money in saved toner, energy, and time. They were able to answer my questions in a completely knowledgeable and professional fashion, and even custom modified the computer for my businesss specific needs. As a general manager of another small business, I appreciate the chance to work with other small businesses as the customer service and tailoring of services really goes above and beyond. Advantage Office Systems came through in this regard and I recommend them to others.

If I could give 0 stars I would, the biggest mistake I have ever made was to take my laptop to them. Unprofessional staff, dont know their technology and instead of fixing my problem they broke my laptop completely. When I asked for my old parts the guy called the police on me and forced to take my broken laptop. Do yourself a favor and stay away from disadvantage office systems.

Advantage Office Systems is simply the best! My laptop had broken hinges, charger port not working and a cracked screen. Dave repaired everything in one week! Rosemary and Dave are extremely efficient, honest and reasonably priced. Highly Recommend!
