One time, I went in here and it was absolutely horrible. No one was helping me and every employee was on their phone. If this store knows anything about customer service, fire Joe before I beat his ass. So rude, lazy, and condescending. Cant even begin to describe his lack of people skills. This store should also carry a better and wider selection of laptops. But I decided to give it a second chance during the night shift, and Im so glad I did! Aaron is exceptional! Definitely deserves the most credit between everyone else there.

I worked for Staples for ages. We had it drilled into us every custome MUST be approached within 2 minutes of entering. After 15 minutes no eye contact or greeting by any staff including at least one MANAGER. This store should be ashamed to soil the Staples name as they have. Demos Parenos would have chewed them out back in my day and both the on-duty and General Manager would be looking for new jobs. This was atrocious!!!

This Staples Print Center is awesome. We ordered some items for a big event and there were some issues with my file that werent seen in time, but they fixed the issue before the event and took the extra step afterwards to make sure everything was right. Chip and Eric deserve a big shout out. They are doing a great job over there.

Its a Staples. I think its a pretty small store. Its clean and organized though. Everytime Ive been in here, employees have been friendly and helpful. I dont go very often because usually for the things I need, I can get cheaper some where else, but I think they price match. For specific office supplies, I would recommend.

Took them 8hrs to do one very urgent job we needed after we were told it would be finished in the hour. They advertise 1hr service and we waited on them for 8hrs. Never using their services again. Do not expect fast turn over times. Poor business to over promise and under deliver. Should be the opposite.

I waited for 15 to 20 min for help the manager walked past me twice with me saying excuse me sir then on my way out the door He says did you need help my Response was "Not Anymore " hope he rembers that !!

Helpful staff. They price match without much hassle. They cant print edge to edge unfortunately which is an issue for some of my needs. Besides that everyones helpful and store is clean.
