Placed an order for business cards... took them over 2 days to print them. And I had to call to ask if they were ready because no one called me or send me the confirmation email. When calling to ask if they were ready, I had to wait a LONG time to get an answer on the phone. Then wait again to get an answer to my question. They were finally ready. I go into the store to pick them up and they were printed corrrectly (hence the 2 stars) but i had to wait a long time to get checked out. The lady in front of me put her stuff down to get ringed up and the guy walks away without saying anything. Store is not horrible, but NEEDS better customer service.

Rebates are a rip off. Paid a little extra but got a rebate... Took the extra 20 minutes to fill out the paperwork and 6 weeks later got the "visa" card. Tried to use twice. No luck. Took to the "customer service" desk and they said sorry we cant do anything. The whole rebate process is designed to make it a complete pain to actually get and use your rebate which to me sounds like Staples is trying to rip me off. Im guessing staples should get in the business of payday loans or rent to own furniture next. At least take the word easy off the front of the rebate card when you mail it to people. No more staples for me!

Havent had a bad experience. Have made a couple printing orders and the associates were friendly. I however dont like sitting on a phone for 10 minutes to ask a question that never got answered, thats how they lost a star. They never picked up the phone. After calling for the third time they finally answered and was able to get what I needed. Will work with them again.

Ordering a logo design from them. I was told it would take 24-48 hours, 4 days later I see the design and instead of two to choose from, they give me one- which is the one my husband and and I made with colored pencils. The staff never called me. I had to call them. There were several bad experiences with staples in wake forest. Hopefully they correct this problem.

Helpful staff, convenient hours and location. Competetive pricing, even though I hate "rebates". Staples is big into that gimmick. Why not just price it lower in the first place? Probably because half the people who buy end up not jumping through hoops to process the rebate and end up paying the higher price...

I come here fairly often for work supplies and have always found what I needed and the staff is really helpful. The store is small so they prob dont have as much of an assortment of things and they are much more expensive than getting supplies off of somewhere like Amazon, but the convenience is sometimes worth it.

Ordered business cards online the day before and it said it would be ready the next morning! So I call the store this morning at 10 am and the lady tells me my business cards wont be ready till 7:30 pm , so mad ! I needed them today thats why I ordered online! Wont be using Staples again !!!

Why?????? They have someone greet you at the front door. Thats were the customer service ends. The girl at the copy & print center was not helpful. When someone approached someone in a gray shirt and he wasnt helpful. Customers were walking around looking for help.

Stay aware, I have been to this store twice now and have been overcharged twice. Just make sure you know what the price of the tag says and what they charge you at the register. I will say they quickly responded and corrected the problem.
