I work for a local business (Raleigh) and we use the Office Max Apex location almost every single day. We have a great relationship with their staff. It seems like were always asking them to do something that needed to be taken care of yesterday and they always go above and beyond our expectations to fulfill those needs. We couldnt be as successful as we are without outstanding service like Office Max in Apex. After going through other vendors for smaller projects and not receiving fast service, we decided we were crazy for not using Office Max for our business needs.

I recently needed a half-decent color printer for a new project and went here to pick one up since I like being able to return things like this locally if needed. The staff were quick to come help and had good feedback for me, and although they were not pushy, they took me straight to some of the more expensive models and I couldnt escape the feeling that their end of the conversation was about why I needed to buy that one, and less about which would be the best value for my money. They need to improve on that a bit. It was otherwise a good experience.

Horrible customer service .. Bought a tablet that failed within the hour went back for an exchange that turned into an ordeal that lasted an hour with threats of restocking fees and manager disappearing for 35 minutes..do not buy anything from this place if you want service... They ice no clue the manager acts if he owns the corporation and he is givivg the customers his own money.. Also wrote to corporate hoping for help..

Recently went here to swap out a defective laptop issued to me by my company that was purchased at an out of state Office Depot. Glenn, assisted by Scott and Tom, made the experience extremely easy and fast, and Im back to work. Ive come here for school/office supplies over the years but this was the first time I needed fairly major product support from them and it was a great experience.

We use this location very often. We have another location closer to our home but we still go there for personal and business stuff. The guys at Impress in the PrintShop are awesome. They always help us and they have even been know to catch mistakes on some of our printwork. Every associate that I have talked to has been helpful and knowledgeable of what is in stock and where it is.

I was in line waiting to be checked out. When it was my turn the cashier asked the person behind me to step forward for checkout. I questioned why and was told that person had stepped out of line to get something else and was rightfully before me in line. I think my time is worth as much as anyone elses and felt this was rather rude.

Office Max is a great store, with the workers and products. But, with the prices, they are a bit too high, I once bought folders and a few writing tools, and in total, it was $55! I was shocked. But other than that, I recommend this store for you.

Stopped in to look at laser printers the other day. Not sure if employees work on commission, but the guy that assisted me, while nice, was really pushing their high end models even after I explained it was for personal use, not the office.

We get all of our office supplies at this OfficeMax. Were primarily stocking up on paper, toner, and other office related items here. We have always found the staff to be eager to help at this Office Max!

They over promise and under deliver - or don't deliver at all. How hard is it to make 200 b&w copies?? Not "impressed" at all - very disappointed.
