Friendly staff, all except the manager Chris. I recently pre ordered an iPhone 6 from the store thinking that it would be an easy transaction since I bought an iPhone 5 from best buy two years ago and the entire process lasted around 10 minutes... wrong. I received a notification from Fedex that my iPhone had arrived in store, so I then proceeded to go pick it up. Upon arriving to the store, I ended up waiting for almost 3 hours while the manager and wireless tech tried to activate my phone and ring it up. Activation went smoothly, but the register wouldnt recognize that it was a plan upgrade and wouldnt drop the price. Finally I had to leave for a meeting so I told both Chris and the tech that I would be back as soon as the meeting let out ( be reminded that I still dont have a phone at this point because my old one has been deactivated). I return to the store after my meeting about an hour later just to be told by a different assistant manager that Chris and the tech had left for the day, and that I would have to return tomorrow and that there was nothing they could do. So I then proceeded to drive home, at night, and spend a majority of the next day without any phone at all. I find that completely unacceptable, and resorting to that should have never been an option in the first place. I came in the next day to pick the phone up and was obviously pissed beyond belief at them for wasting an additional 30 minute drive there for a problem that should have been resolved the day before. I refrained from causing a scene, because it wouldnt have changed anything regardless. After all that, Chris never even offered anything to make up for all the hassle and trouble he and his company put me through. I was very patient and understanding while I sat there the entire afternoon the first day. But after I was told I had to go a whole night without a phone at all, and that "Hopefully" it would be resolved tomorrow I personally think that just an Im sorry isnt enough. I learned a very valuable lesson throughout all of this, and its to always deal directly with the wireless provider and not a secondary dealer such as Staples, Best Buy, etc.

Its just a matter of time before Staples dies out to Amazon, and I wont feel bad for them. Every time I go in there is a lack of cashiers (usually one checking out) and prices are not competitive. They do price-match, but its barely worth the trouble. I went in there for a few things the other day, only to leave my items on the counter and walk out. I didnt feel like spending 20 minutes at the register for something I could buy on my phone, cheaper, in 30 seconds.

The Manager Chris refuses to give me the same price as online for the tab 3 and it was open box. The Tab 3 was $139.95 online and he asked me to pay $180 and it was open box. he has attitude problem. i went to another store and got it for online price but ill never ever go back to that store or staples after this bad experience. ill use Amazon or Best Buy. Mr. Chris hopefully you will read this review and help customers without the bad attitude.

I have to say the main guy in the copy center area is A+. He can handle anything. I get my plans laminated there all the time. Hes quiet and I dont even know his name, but he gets the job done right.
