They charge me twice for one payment and then try to make a story saying I still owe money. Tried paying online had all proper documents and they said they havent received a payment, sorry excuse for a business, they really need to get their act together.

Troy is a great guy and the best manager they ever had, he provided excellent customer service and always works with you on the best price and options. If he leaves I would most likely not stay a customer based on previous experiences.

They debited my account 4 times for a one week rental, my husband assisted their pick up guy to load and return the bed (one guy was supposed to carry this huge bed). Unprofessional, unpredictable to say the least.

I had to wait a bit to be serviced, but the rep was nice and answered all my questions. Didnt like that i needed to rent for two weeks, i only needed for 2 days.

They still havent refunded my money. Seven business days later. I have nothing of theirs. But they still have my money. Stay away. They will rip you off.
