Duplicitous sales tactics. Avoid. Dealing with this group made buying a car in comparison seem like a pleasant day at the park. All the TVs we had been priced a month ago at the beginning of January. No additional pricing updates have been done to account for any current sales. So quite often, other shoppers and myself looking on our phones found that the prices for the outlet store TVs were in fact *equal to* or even *greater than* the same new TV you could purchase at the regular Best Buy. When asked, the salesperson claimed "We scan at them to check out to ensure you are not paying more than any sale". Of course that means you could be paying the same price for an outlet store TV as a regular store TV. Very deceitful. Avoid.

Disappointing considering the advertising that went into this location. Sign is undersized, and the selection is 90% appliances. The computers and TVs arent a great deal, they do have stickers with price off retail, and I saw computers ranging from $15 to $100 off. TVs werent worth it. Remember everythings open box, so you have to think about that when looking at price points. The appearance needs works too, it doesnt represent the brand well.

Everything with our experience was wonderful! We walked in to look for a washer and dryer, not knowing much about those things, it was a little overwhelming. But thankfully, Doug came up and helped us immediately by giving us all the info that we could really need and more. We couldnt have been more happy that we got him as our salesman. The delivery guys did an excellent job with everything as well! Thanks guys!

Great prices and very helpful, if you know what you are looking for. I have purchased 6 high end appliances and 2 tvs in November with zero problems. I "saved" thousands on the purchases. I have turned on Friends who also saved big. I am not sure why all the negative reviews. My experience was exceptional.

Complete and utter waste of time. You want near shelf price for open box items, with scratches and scuffs, and possible warranty issues? Refuse to negotiate? Your open box prices on laptops are $50 to $100 higher than the exact same models, on ebay. Hope to see headlines about your bankruptcy, soon.

There was a guy in there exchanging a TV because it didnt work. He decided to test the one they were giving him in the exchange. When he took it out of the box, there was a hole in the screen. I didnt buy from there, but there are possibly some deals there pending that they work.

This is hard to review. You might find what youre seeking at a great price. Not being able to predict what they will have is the tough part. It is helpful to have an idea of features and prices before you arrive or come armed with your phone to do research on the spot.

I dont really get the point of this store honestly. Its only open on the weekends and they only sell used appliances, TVs, and some computers. Based on the condition of some of the appliances in there, I would highly recommend buying them new at the regular Best Buy.

Prices are very good. Remember that the listed prices are negotiable, so if youre looking for a great deal-negotiate. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the customer service was excellent. The greatest price flexibility seem to be on appliances.

If youre looking for a great deal in the triangle area for a TV or Home Appliances, you must check out the Best Buy Outlet. Its totally worth the drive to potentially save $$$$ hundreds $$$$. Totally legit stuff just at a reduced price.

Its no big great prices than the regular store, if a TV is missing a remote and the box is open give more than $20.00 off! And they charge for delivery, reg store doesnt! Add it up bypass this store!

They dont negotiate prices anymore. Some of the appliances are used and damaged. And some of the appliances are over priced. The female manager is very nasty as well. I will not return.
