I recently went to this Best Buy location and I was very disappointed! I walked in and went to the phone area so that I could upgrade my phone. I first looked at the selection and a young man approached me. He asked if he could assist me but when I told him I was going to upgrade he said that someone would be with me when they can and then he left. He made no effort to let the reps know that I was there! I understand that it is a small area but still someone should have been made aware. I sat down and there was three reps chatting, one of which did have a customer in front of them. I was coming in for AT&T and one of the three was verizon and one of the other women had a jacket on so I was not aware of what service she represented. After waiting a few minutes and still no one coming to me, I decided to get back up and look at the phones again in effort to get their attention. A store manager walked by and ask the people around me if they needed anything but then completely ignored me. I sat back down to continue waiting. By this point the customers in front of her had left and she still did not say anything to me! She was laughing and chatting away with her coworker. Eventually after waiting for awhile she asked me what I needed and what provider I had. She then helped me right away. While going over everything, I noticed that her coworker wearing the jacket was an AT&T rep! Why did she not assist me? The Rep. I had was quick and to the point but I had to ask for the SD card. I was very unhappy with my entire experience and I will not be returning to this location at the very least. As someone who has worked in customer service and thrives off of it, this was completely unacceptable.

I just had THE BEST experience with purchasing a new phone. I dropped my iphone in the pool yesterday and needed a new one, stat. I was in and out in about 30 minutes, no lie. Nafisa (spelling?) at the phone counter helped me with my purchase, kept a really great attitude the whole time and was so very helpful. I cant believe it was so painless, especially with my situation being somewhat complicated by not being able to transfer the info from the old phone, and an issue of that particular phone line on my plan not being eligible for the current promo, but another phone was, plus having mistakenly deleted the old device from my itunes account the day before, etc....She was quick, very efficient and so funny! She even laughed with me while I moaned about the pool thing for 5 minutes straight. She price-matched my LifeProof (WATERPROOF- YES!) case with the Best Buy online price, so I didnt even have to order that later and wait for it to be shipped out. Look for her- you will not be disappointed!!! Young, short, pretty Indian girl with a great sense of humor. ;-) Tell her Meagan sent you.

By far the worst Best Buy store I have ever been to. Worst customer service and knowledge. You will find a group of them standing around while there is one guy at the register and a line. The TV reps will make up anything about the other TV brands just to sell you their brand. The employees have no interest in helping you find the right TV for you. The so called "Experts" dont know anything about photography or TVs but they will make up anything to try and sell. They will not pay any attention to you unless you spend big money on high ticket items. The security guy makes you feel like a criminal and wears sunglasses inside? The store is not kept up and the manager seems to never be in when he is asked for. Best Buy corporate has been notified on all this but never get back to you. As a whole it is just a bad store and seems to be a bad company all around. They think they can treat people however they want since they now have a monopoly with Circuit City out of the picture. What goes around comes around Best Buy.

I also had a bad experience shopping for a 50" TV. The staff gave be wrong information even when they offered to answer all my questions they gave me guesses and wouldnt look up the information. Finally I had the sales girl (order taker) look up the information only to find that she gave me all wrong information... that she was sure of... no apology of course... Most of their TVs on display are open box.. you can get a good deal, except these idiots throw away the stands that come with the TVs! And they will not order or look up the one you need, your on your own. Oh, even better, the manufacturers warranty is void because they are the original owners. But of course you can purchase Best-Buys insurance... what a scam! what a waste of time...Buying the TV at HH-Gregg, they wanted my $1100.00. Best-Buy reminds me of K-Mart... wait, I dont remember K-Mart... By the way, one great TV Panasonic 50" Class 1080p VIERA® Plasma HDTV.

I recently went into Best Buy to get a laptop for my wife and had a great experience. I have been shopping with them for years and have always had the experience that you would expect. The sales people were nice enough but I sometimes knew more about the product that I am asking about simply because I was doing a bunch of research. I have never had a specifically bad experience but this time I had a sales person named Trevor give me really excellent service. If you are buying a computer, talk to him. He was friendly, knew his stuff and didnt push me too hard to buy the obligatory service plans. I asked for a quote from him on my first trip in and he was nice enough to write everything down for me and gave me some heads up on how to save some money. Like I said I have been shopping at this location for years and have always had a good enough experience but this was a really great shopping experience.

Never again. After going through their terrible site design, I had to hop between stores to find the TV I wanted in stock. Finally, I found the one I wanted at crossroads. After finding it on the floor, and comparing to various competitors, I decided that I would buy the one I originally wanted. A representative went back to find the TV, and found that only the lower spec model for the size and brand I wanted were available. I asked about buying the floor model, and was told its not possible. Instead of taking the four M4 screws out of the bracket and selling me the TV, they let a customer walk out and lost $600 in business, all while advertising for a TV they cant actually sell you. Cant wait for the death of big box shams like this. Now, Im happily spending $50 more online to buy the same TV, just out of principle. Way to lose future business, Best Buy.

This is a re-re-review. So I ordered a Samsung 7100 series 75" UHD (last years model); open box, discounted from 2500+ to 1799. I figured it had to be inspected, and its possible it was, but it felt strange that it was such a good deal. In all fairness our Sales rep Doug was phenomenal in being knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He sold me an easy 3k in electronics/misc, which I had to spend another 1.1k because I had no other option but to upgrade to the next year model brand new unopened box because the one delivered had a clear impact smash on the bottom middle. I was rather unhappy to receive a broken TV but overall satisfied with the subsequent model. I appreciate the fast turn around time for delivery (1 day after the first TV was delivered). Thanks guys!
