I am seriously considering writing a letter to headquaters regarding this stores employees. this store is nice and big and as a customer regardless of my color i expect exceptional service. I walked into this store two days ago with the mind set of making a huge purchase but decided not to because of the way i was treated. i walked around for over 20mins with my lil girl and not one person offered me assistance, the lady that eventually did got an attitude with me because i did not want to buy tarte eyebrow pomade instead i wanted anastasia beverly hills. she had the nerves to tell me to buy cream eyeliner and use that instead for eyebrow gel because they didnt carry black in the tarte line. mind you numerous times i said anastasia beverly hills is what i want. then with an attitude she got annoyed of speaking to me because she was trying to force me to buy something i did not want. she turned around and called the only girl in there that she felt could help because she was ethnic and told her to attend me. she should be fired for being racist along with the entire staff that didnt even acknowledge my presence. The young lady who was thrown at me helped me and because of her I purchased 100 dollars worth of products which was just 2 lipcolors and a glow kit with eyebrow pomade. ridiculous and unacceptable type of treatment. what drove me to writing this was when i noticed it was racial profiling. when i walked in a few girls looked at me and kept walking around talking to other customers who were testing things and buying stuff. who does that! then the one person who says welcome to sephora and actually acknowledged me didnt even attend me she sent a rude lady to attend me who just got plain annoyed because i didnt want to buy tarte. this store needs new management and new employees asap.

This Sephora location is my least favorite by far out of any location Ive visited. I was once shadowed by a staff member who never offered to help me but clearly wanted to keep an eye on me. Im guessing that because I was bare faced and dressed down I didnt look like I was going to buy anything. Pro tip: its a lot easier for me to try makeup when Im not already wearing makeup. Getting help in here is tough, they never have enough staff for the crowd. Theyre in a popular mall, they should know they need more staff on nights/weekends. Half the time its too crowded to shop without feeling claustrophobic. Ill stick to Ulta.

This is the worst Sephora Ive ever been to. The girls in the store treat you like garbage. They make you uncomfortable and never offer to e-mail you receipts. I would never recommend this store to ANYONE. Worst customer service Ive ever received. Theyve never once thanked me for maintaining a VIB status even though that means I spending hundreds of dollars here. The team at the JCP location is much easier to work with more friendly. I really suggest finding a new management team.
