Was reminded tonight why I am almost never at the Triangle Town Center Bath & Body Works. My husband and I were in the area and decided to swing by so I could pick up a car pod scent thingie for my car. We had been at Crabtree on Saturday and they already had their fall scents out. We walked into Bath & Body Works at Triangle and we were directed to an area that only had like five scents available (while Crabtree has an entire wall dedicated to their car pod scents), with no fall scents out yet. I politely asked the sales associate if they had any of their autumn car scents yet, as I told them Crabtree already had theirs out. She checked in the back for me (which was great), came out with the scent that I requested, then proceeded to get huffy and tell me that Crabtree had put theirs out too early and that they should have waited until Thursday. In my opinion, that is none of my business. Im always greeted with a smile and great customer service at Crabtree. I shuddered when I left the store tonight, and promised myself that in the future I would drive a little further to where I know I will be treated like a valued customer...and wont get a dose of drama.

Very misleading and Im very upset it advertised to open at 8 am I get there and the mall does not open until 10 am they should fix that and compensate my driver
