I walked into the store due to the appealing scent as I walked by. I tried to remain unnoticed as I typically hate talking to sales people, but one worker noticed me and asked what I was looking for. It was an unexpectedly lovely experience. Melissa (in case there are multiple employees by that name, this Melissa had people shoulder length hair) showed me sound the store, introduced the products, explained their use and sourcing of ingredients, and tailored the products she showed me to my scent preferences. It did not feel like talking to a salesperson, it felt like talking to someone who had a passion for the products. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and pleasant to be around. I bought many products to try and I know I will be back for more.

Love lush. Always have. Im writing this review after I used a bath bomb. I hate baths, havent taken one in 10+ years. So when I saw they were selling ones that werent ever going to be around again I said forget it. Ill try it out. I thought Id never use it. But this whole week Ive been stressful and again.. I said forget it, Ill try out the bath bomb. Its supposed to relax you and my lord.. did it relax me. I was falling asleep within 5 minutes. The soreness all over my body went away and when I got up my legs felt like jello. Not to mention it smelled amazing! Lush is amazing and what they do is amazing.
