I brought my bike in to be tuned up and get some repairs. They ended up installing a new tube and tire on my back wheel. Within 100ft of my first time riding it after, the back wheel snapped. I brought it back in immediately and they accepted no responsibility, saying snapped wheels dont just happen. I completely agreed, and that it must have something to do with the last person who touched it not putting it on right after taking it off. Which of course was them. Not to mention the poor workmanship, and the unwillingness to investigate the problem further, Pauls Bike Shop is dangerous. Luckily I wasnt hurt, but the next person might not be so lucky.

Brought in bike for repair and they told me a week. Its now 2 weeks and they have no idea which bike it is. Have bought a bike from them every Christmas for 3 years. Never again. Going to pick it back up tomorrow. They could not care less

Poor service. Very low end bike shop. Sells cheap overpriced garbage bikes. Repair dept is a rip off. Kept telling me i needed a tune up when my bike was brand new (Bought from a real bike shop, roys). Scam artist.
