The store itself is great. I can find whatever I need there and get good service while Im looking for it. The prices are a little steep, but I could always shop somewhere else if I didnt like it. I got my first two-wheeler bike there when I was a kid. I got my bike serviced there a few months ago, and I was a disappointed. I had taken my bike to have the punctured tube replaced -- an easy fix, but I never quite trust myself to take my wheels off and put them back on. My main problem was that I was told it would be one price, but when the bike was picked up there was almost a twenty dollar difference. My bike is in good shape mechanically but looks pretty beat up. The guy who took my bike tried to pressure me into getting an $80 "tune-up," which I politely declined. He then suggested several other repairs, which my bike didnt need. Im fine with suggestions, but dont like it when I feel like Im being pressured to say, "Sure! Just do whatever you think it needs and send me the bill!" I felt like I was in the stereotypical girl-at-the-car-mechanic situation.The employee added up the cost for parts and labor, and then wrote down a price -- I think it was $45 for the tube and to oil the chain. I was then told they would get to it in ten days, which seemed like a very long time to replace a tube. Long story short, I was out of town when it was ready for pick-up and my mother picked it up for me. When she told me how much it cost they had charged almost $20 more than I was told. Ill certainly shop there again when I can look at fixed prices, but Ill take my bike elsewhere to get serviced next time.

Simply look elsewhere. They where dishonest about bike spec knowing that im comparing with other bike i looked at. Based on false information that I was given, I bought two bikes from them. Since they had only one in the shop they promised that the second will arrive in 10 days or less. When I found out that I was given the wrong spec I called the owner and he agreed to order the bikes with the spec that I was looking for, for an additional $$$. They also promised that it will arrive in a week and I can pick and return the only bike i took with me. Much to my dismay after another week of wait they didnt keep their promise and did not ordered the bikes the promised. Instead they tried to convince me to take the bikes with the wrong spec. When I returned the bikes in the same condition I bought them they told me that they cant accept them because of a scratch. I never experienced anything like this before. Very upsetting experience. Do yourself a favor and look for a different store with some more honest owners.

I got my mountain bike from here. It was my first time even thinking about riding in 15 years. Needless to say, I have been pretty out of the loop. The guys helped me pick out a bike that fit my body and my needs. I didnt feel rushed at all and they gave me great advise on gear. Prices are decent, a little higher than online, but being able to see and touch what you are buying in person makes it worth it. Plus you you can ask the guys a ton of questions and make sure you are really walking away with what you want.

My wife and I both purchased bikes from Keswick Cycle and we could not be happier with the whole experience. All the guys that work there are friendly and knowledgeable and they took the time to answer all our questions. Additionally I have taken the bikes back for upgrades or tuning and the service has been stellar. Local shops like these deserve the support of the community!

Simply look elsewhere. They did not hesitate to lie to get my business when I called on it they made new promises that they have not delivered. Do yourself and drive few more miles to a different store.

I saw Keswick Cycle for the first time when I was cycling around today. Went inside to check it out. I bought a kickstand, a light, and a u-lock. The guys were friendly. Cool place for sure.
