I wish I could give these guys zero stars! What a JOKE they are! I purchased a 2007 BMW 328i about a year ago from these guys. Within the first month the car was towed 5 times!! Because of a faulty battery which it took over a month for these guys to figure out that it needed to be replaced. And they had the nerve to tell me the car was reliable. The tire pressure sensor was on from the day I got the car which they promised would be fixed before the car left the lot. Three visits to the shop later they still couldnt figure out why they couldnt get the sensor to turn off... turns out they sold me the car with 2 flat tires and I was running on run flats for weeks before I noticed. Thank god I noticed and had the tires replaced. Only to find out they sold me the car with only 2 run flat tires and the other two were just regular tires, on the cars description said it had ALL RUN FLAT TIRES. A year later my car starts pouring smoke from under the hood. I call them to let them know that Ill be bringing it in, 2 days later I go to start the car to bring it and its dead in my driveway AGAIN for the 6th time. It takes them 2 weeks to replace the starter, which says its covered under warranty which I still had to pay out of pocket for. And they never even addressed the fact that my car was smoking and burning oil after them having it for 2 weeks and it was the whole reason it had to be repaired in the first place!! So here I am fed up and come to get my car so I can bring it elsewhere just to find my service engine light on, my SEATBELT LIGHT and my airbag lights on which were never on before and my car running worse than ever! These guys are CROOKS and clearly have no idea what theyre doing in their shop. BUYER BEWARE!!

I purchased a truck from these guys roughly 5 months ago , when I contacted joe he was more then helpful and answered all my questions ...even during sale and immediately after sale he was a very nice guy. Since i bought this truck the following items have been replaced .. - all 6 ignition coils, spark plugs and manifold gasket -new brakes all around (even though he told me car had brand new brakes and so did the ad to buy the car) -catalytic converter -the steering column was fixed by joes shop but it ended up having same issue after a couple of weeks. Updated-10/6..car needs new power steering pump and gear box(rack and pinion) -steering issue was never properly address by joe and his shop after having my truck for nearly 2 full days. His lack of attention to this and unwillingness to fix the entire problem is absolutely unacceptable. As soon as joe heard I was not local from the area , I believe he felt he was off the hook to fix the issues at hand and would just do it at his pace and timeframe making it very difficult to arrange this. His entire demeanor changed upon realizing that I was not local .

I am a repeat purchaser from BI Auto. If you want something "new" but cannot afford "brand new", this is the place for you. They have great variety and selection, sometimes the same vehicle in various colors if you cant decide! If you dont see something you like, just tell them, they will keep their eyes open for you at auctions!! Shopping there and talking numbers has always been a pleasant experience for my husband and I because they are so friendly and helpful. They do what they can to make it happen. They really do care and treat you with warmth throughout the entire process. We purchased 2 trucks from them in the past 3 years and couldnt be happier. We purchased extended warranties but we havent had to use them. We are now expecting baby # 3 and will be back soon for something bigger! Thanks BI :)

I have lived in the same area for the same amount of time they have been in business and have bought 2 vehicles from them in the past and am interested in purchasing my third. They are absolutely helpful and I have had no problems with them. They are friendly and very sociable when asked questions about any vehicles on their lot. I have bought a 2000 Maxima that was my first car purchased and then I ended up buying a 2010 Genesis Coupe from them some years later. They were very knowledgeable about there inventory as well. I am on the verge of finding out if I can get a 2013 Genesis Coupe from them and I am sure they will do their best to ensure I am taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone looking for there first car or something affordable and reliable. Thanks!

DO NOT BUY FORM THEM!!! I bought a truck from them only 5 months ago now im looking at a new motor... when i bought the truck they were really grate at selling me the truck and fixing the thing i could see that was wrong with it and i was told they were doing a oil change and plugs, so of course i was happy....well one month goes by and the truck starts to run ruff.. so i buy my own plugs and what do i find all of my plugs were loose (i took them out with no tools).... so i try to do a oil change and the oil wont come out the whole pan is sludge... and the kicker is i know some one who goes to auctions with them and told me they dont buy the best of cars

I bought a car from BI Auto about 6 months ago, the owner and rest of the staff were beyond amazing! I was able to drive my car off the lot within about 3 days. I havent had any problems with the car until a week ago when I drove through a flooded road (oops). I called BI Auto, they had it towed that day and had it fixed by the next morning at their body shop Specline in Patchogue. Talk about excellent service! The owners Joe and Bobby truly made my car buying experience perfect, thank you guys!!

BI Auto is a small family owned business for the past 16 years.The brothers Joe and Bobby are awesome! Down to earth, caring, trust worthy human beings. I bought about 10 vehicles from them over the years and refer everyone I can. They truly want you to be happy with your purchase. If youre not they will work with you till you are happy. So, with that said, if you are looking for an excellent used vehicle with great customer service BI AUTO is the only place you need to be.

What a nice company these 2 twins have going. I got a 2013 civic coupe with these guys. They worked with me on the price until it was more then reasonable and got me a great financing APR considering i still have new credit. I love the car and they do 6 month bumper to bumper on top of the manu warranty. They got there own car shop so it makes repairs easy. I would recommend these guys to anyone thats trying to get a nice start with a good reliable car.

My overall experience with BI Auto Sales was a 10!! Joe and Jimmy went out of their way to meet my families needs and delivered! If you are looking for a "like new" pre-owned car without paying high dealership overhead costs then definitely check these guys out! Love my Honda Pilot! And pleased to write this review! Greg S
