To date, the worst, worst, absolute worst experience and most unprofessional car dealer I have ever visited. To begin, they have their inventory listed on car fax. You would think a service that shows a full vehicle service history and reported accidents/damage would be accurate, but no. They had immaculate pictures of the car, a flawless car fax report, everything seemed to be decent for what I was shopping for. I put in a phone call asking if the car was still available and if I could schedule a test drive, and a very polite woman let me know it was available and ready to test drive, and that I would get to speak to the manager, Milton, when I arrived. No problems here. I spent the time after work, driving an hour and a half one way, to reach the dealership and be instantly disappointed. The car was trash. It had at least 2 flat tires, the front end was leaking fluids excessively, and the entire rear end was caved in with the fender hanging on for dear life. As my family and I were scoping out the car, we were intercepted by a salesman that came out to greet us. I told him I had called in about test driving the car today, but pointed out how completely off the advertisement was for the vehicle. He even said he didnt recommend me test driving it because of the flat tires "BUT IT RUNS GREAT!" yeah, because someone is going to spend thousands of dollars on a car they cant even test drive, right? Smart guy. We told him we were interested in seeing what else was in the price range of the vehicle because we had already invested the drive out there and truly didnt want to leave empty handed, we wanted to give them business. He brought us back inside, tried to sweet talk me as car salesman usually do and pushed a credit check form in front of me before even bringing up what they might have in the inventory. I declined the form and said I really was only interested in seeing what was available before wasting the time to write the paperwork. This cringe worthy experience put us on edge, the salesman was very pushy, tried to argue that he was right and that the original car was quality (even though very clearly it wasnt) then proceeded to show me vehicles not within my price range. When he stepped away, we strongly didnt feel comfortable with any car they might show us, as the first one that was supposed to be certified car fax report checked and ready was completely trashed, we decided to leave. I walked up to him, let him know thank you but we werent interested because we really had only come out for the specific car, and left the building. Half way to our car, a very unfriendly, unprofessional looking character in a t shirt and jeans comes running out yelling my name asking what was wrong with the deal and why we were leaving. We explained and pointed out at the car that it was clearly false advertised and in very poor condition. He tells us hes the general manager, and comes up with the line "what do you expect, its a $5000 car?" Do you really, really think its good business to patronize potential customers that your falsely advertised car is in horrible condition because "its a $5000 car"? Really? This did upset us at this point and we continued to walk to our car, making it very clear that we were not satisfied with the experience and that both of the men we dealed with today were not gentleman and not salesman. On top of all this, as Im about to enter my car with my family, this "general manager" begins to taunt me, with comments like "tough guy, huh, yeah go with your mommy home". Im sorry, I thought this was a car dealership, not a playground. I would never recommend this dealership to someone I hated, and I would strongly advise you to stay away from this dealership, despite the "car fax certification", because the vehicles they try to pawn off here are not legitimate. On top of a falsely advertised inventory, the staff are very aggressive, immature, and unprofessional, and dont appreciate when you point out the flaws with their vehicles.

Do not believe the good reviews. I gave them a good review at first so that I could get paid for it. They pay people a $100 to give them good reviews on their behalf, so take every good review with a grain of salt. You wont know if its true or not. Also be prepared to buy services you do not want. They charge you for an undercoating system and a paint and interior protection system, which both are jokes. They will get over spray all over things that are not to be painted. For example muffler, ball joints, rubber bushings, brake rotors, wheel well trim that is the color of the body and everything else that is not to be painted in the undercarriage. Oh and your looking at over a 1,000 for these two services. Weather you want them or not. I bought a car from them that had a missing transmission dipstick and two rotted out sub frames. One of the sub frames had a 5inch hole in it, that they had tried to cover up with their undercoating system, which is a joke in its self. Their first two attempts to fix the car made the car worst. They pinned my transmission against the hack of a weld job they did to the sub frame the first time and then pinned it for a second time on their hack of a weld job the second time. The third time they pissed me off big time. I called to complain and they told me that they had their own worries about their work so they had gone ahead and ordered me two new sub frames. Well if they had worries why did they have me driving the car around for a week on unacceptable work. Because they could car less. I finally got them to take the car back and give me credit. Than it took them over two weeks to get another car ready for me to test drive and that was still not road ready. Unbalanced tires creating a wobble in rear tire, bad tie rod ends creating wobble in front end. Blown shocks creating wobbles and shakes across the car. Which I have paid for to be fixed out of my pocket because I will not go back to them and there is still wobble issues. The best part I was told that the first car and the second car had been inspected by their top mechanic. Now I believe that but I have a feeling that management over ruled him on what needed to be done. Thinking they were selling another car to someone that knows nothing about cars, well they were wrong. If you want to test drive the car before you decide on weather or not to buy it be prepared to put a deposit down and wait a week or so before you can test drive. Only time they stay on top of their customer service is when you are in the purchasing phase once out of there good luck. Would not recommend this dealer to my worst enemy.

I’ll try to be as concise as possible about my experience with the Road Ready Used Cars dealership. To be precise, they persuaded me to make a $500 refundable deposit on a car I had seen on a Saturday afternoon and then, refused to give me my money back. It was the last car I saw that day and they were getting ready to close. I should mention that I did not even take the car in question for a ride, nor was I explained any details about the vehicle, etc. I called Milton, the salesman that assisted me, on Monday afternoon to inform him that I wasn’t interested in the car anymore to what replied he wasn’t going to refund me my money because they couldn’t sell the car that Monday morning because of me. He said the person had to buy another 2012 Honda Accord in color black. (Both cars still parked in their lot almost three weeks later!) After texting back and forward with him, and calling their office to demand my refund, Anthony, their financial manager asked me to stop by in person to discuss the matter. I went over a week later to discover what I already intuited… they weren’t going to give me back my money. Instead, Anthony took a personal phone call and completely ignored me, my mother and sister who were there to discuss the issue. Their argument, they could have sold the car that Monday morning and that they had wasted their time with me, as if their job wasn’t to show their inventory to potential costumers. Do they expect to sell cars by just having them parked in the lot? This makes no sense. They couldn’t take the loss of my business. Also, they brag about the “fact” that they sell between 90 – 100 cars per month! A car dealership with such tremendous success shouldn’t have to worry about loosing a costumer or even worse, keep their client’s money in exchange for nothing! Again, I didn’t even drive the car. How naive can one be to pretend that someone will commit to purchasing a car without even taking it for a ride? Ohh, and did not even honored the fact that I was referred by someone who has bought cars from the in the past. My advice to you: Do not do business with them. Read all the reviews and read and re-read their contract. They do not explain any of the additional charges like Rust proofing & undercoating: $579! Vin Etch: $199! Also, if you have been a victim of them, file a complaint with the Dpt of Consumer Affairs and the BBB.
