Dan Pry does not stand behind the cars he sells and Tony and Carl will tell you ANYTHING to sell it!!! I recently purchased an Infinity I30 beautiful car with all the bells and whistles I was seeking. During the test drive the car stalled out out several times - the salesman Tony who said hes a stand up guy and will tell you everything that is wrong with the car and that the vehicle had just arrived and they had not had a chance to look it over but would fix all the issues I requested, which at first glance looked fixed when I came to pick up the car. Three (3) days later I brought the car back because the "Service Engine Soon" light had come. To which Dan "the owner" stated that I had shocked the car by the amount of miles I had put on it (600mi) and then ran a scan which indicated a Mass Air Flow issue which he attributed to improperly closing the gas cap. He shut off the light and I went on my way. A week and 1/2 later; I came back with the light on again - again a Mass Air Flow Issue and now an O2 sensor. He told me he would have someone look at it ...I tried to reach him several times all with no success. The car stalled out and would NOT turn on a few days later - I paid for the repair of a cam shaft sensor which got the car semi running the mechanic indicated that this and the O2 sensor were symptons of a greater problem with the Mass Air Flow Sensor. Dan said that he would fix anything related to my original issue and told me to take it to a garage who does work for him and he stated that the Mass Air Flow Sensor was in need of repair. Dan then said that that the issue the car had at 1st was the Crank shaft sensor and was NOT part of my original stall out issue code and that was not his issue. I took the car to a third repair location in Wallingford who also stated that the Mass Air Flow Sensor needed to be replaced and that the Crank Shaft Sensor would not allow the car to Fire (which it during the test drive) instead the Mass Air Flow would be the culprit and the several Sensors had probably become damaged due to a faulty Mass Air Flow sensor. Needless to say I have now sunk close to $400 and I havent even owed the car 45 days and with high priced lemon.

When i went to Ansonia auto park to purchase a car I thought that they wouldnt be the typical shyster used car salesmen. The first day everything went very smoothly, I was told the car would be ready the next day. I dont here from them and i go down there, cars not ready. So for the rest of the week it was a back and forth of them promising me my car was ready and then coming up with excuses why it wasnt ready. An entire week goes by and i need my car. So they put me in two loaner cars that SHOULD NOT have been legally allowed on the road. After that fiasco they finally put me in a decent car. About a week and a half goes by and i finally get my car. The car is nothing but problems. Alignment was off, e-brake didnt work, the clutch was shot, it would grind going into reverse, I would have to basically double clutch to get it into first, the car would overheat on idle, There was oil leaking all over the head and onto the coil pack. Bring the car back, they said it was fine. Three days later Im picking up my girlfriend from work and guess what happens. The car dies in a parking lot. All that oil that was on the coils fried them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! You will be lied to, jerked around, and be put in a piece of junk.

I bought my daughter a GTI for Christmas last year-as I was driving it home it did not shift out of first gear-bought it back, it was gone for three weeks to a month-they "fixed" it-still had same problem-then the temp light came on, check engine light came on-sent it back again-told them I did not want the car-Tony said "you bought as is". I paid them $5500 cash-owing them $1200-well I gave up getting it fixed by them-I put more than $1200 of work in it and August the cars transmission went completely. $2600-3000 to fix. I called them to see if they fixed the transmission in March why would it be shot-of course they cant produce the paperwork that it was fixed because the place they went to "went out of business" and they wont give me the title to the car and have said they should repo it, or we can bring the car back to them and walk away-what the hell kind of deal is that? They still made a profit!!! They suck!!! NEVER BUY A CAR HERE! I did hire an attorney-THEY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS!

I was in the market for a new car and like others Im sure decided to see what I could find online. I came across a posting for Ansonia Auto Park and clicked on theyre inventory and was blown away by their selection of used cars and the great prices they were selling them for. I set out the next day expecting to do battle with a bunch of lying, underhanded and downright dirty bunch of thieves but upon my arrival I was suprised to find...Scott. This guy is one of the coolest and laid back guys you wanna meet and he lets you sell yourself a car that fits your budget and your style. I said okay when the money guy gets here thats when the lube job starts. However to my suprise the guy was not only interested in turning a profit but wanted to make sure I left happy. So in a nutshell, wether you have good credit or not so much, the guys at Ansonia Auto Park will take great care of you. Thanks Fellas

Wow when i saw this i was thinking to myself "these are te pricks that sold me my car 2 months ago i Bought my first car on my own from this joke of a place. I too wish I saw these reviews before I bought my car but unfortunately 900 bucks in repairs later I see what kind of people sold me my car. Absolutely 100% DO NOT BUY from this place. I waited three weeks for them to "check brakes, rotors, tires, engine, ect." and to find out 2 months later I needed a tune up and loads of other stuff that they said they were checking. What they did in those two weeks after I paid for half of my car is byond me. Live and learn I guess don't buy from them do yourself the favor.

My son bought a car here and within the first week noises started coming from the motor.. .Long story short he is almost 4 months into this car and he was promised a new MOTOR....After several times taking it back.Asked for his money back and no deal..........no replacement motor and no car to drive......Have seen an Attorney now and will cost more money just because these people are liars and cheats...Oh the new "motor" they are waiting for, it is coming from ebay but they havent found one yet !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe we should try "News Channel 8 " see if they can do something for him.
