Long story short: My experience with this business was better than I could ever expect from a used car dealership. Quality vehicles, honest sales (no sneakiness), and really great service. Low prices, excellent value, and I would recommend Williston Economy Motors to anyone I care about. I recently bought a car from Williston Economy. It was my first time purchasing a car on my own, and I was feeling very overwhelmed with the process - shopping around at dealerships, private listings, internet, etc., and trying cut through the salespeoples B.S. to find a quality used car I could really feel good about buying. Let me start by saying, I was apprehensive about this dealer at first because I hadnt heard anything about their reputation, and there were no reviews online to give me an idea of peoples experiences buying here. They had a small lot, only about ten vehicles for sale, all of which appeared to be in great condition. My other concern was the surprisingly low prices - I was looking for a used Subaru Outback, and this place had a really nice-looking 2009 for about the same price as most of the 2003-2005 Outbacks I had been considering. I assumed it was too good to be true, that there must be some kind of major hidden flaw to explain the low price. I talked to the sales manager, and he assured me that this was not a scam. I asked for a vehicle history report, and he was happy to provide it for me. The title was clean, accident-free, and the vehicle had been well-maintained. I took it for a test drive, had my boyfriend come check it out, and looked it over head to toe. Everything looked really good. The salesman never appeared to be sneaky or hiding anything, and encouraged me to do whatever I needed in order to feel comfortable buying the car. I ended up buying it, and I felt really confident that it was a good decision. The guys at Williston Economy were very helpful throughout the process, I got the car at a really great price, and they also included a 3-month warranty. There was a minor issue I noticed when I got the car home (a vacuum hose had come loose, causing the car to stall out when idling), but I called the owner that night on his cell phone and he had it taken care of first thing in the morning. After that, everything was perfect and it has been running great ever since! I am very happy with the car I bought, the people I bought it from, and my entire experience with Williston Economy Motors. I rarely write reviews, but considering the lack of other customers reviews on this business I wanted to share my good experience.

I had been in contact with Vadim at Williston Economy Motors about a used F-150. The truck was beautiful inside and out. I came down to his shop and took the truck for a test drive and then asked Vadim if it would be ok with him if I were to have another mechanic inspect it before I made a purchase. Vadim was all for the idea and even drove the vehicle to the mechanic of my choosing. My mechanic gave it a thorough inspection and gave me the green light to go ahead with the purchase. We drafted a sales agreement and I was ready to have my bank transfer the funds to close the deal when Vadim called me and informed me that he heard a strange noise coming from the engine after it had been run for while. He had his mechanic diagnose the noise and concluded that there could be a crack in the crankshaft and eventually the truck would need a new engine. Vadim was very straightforward and expressed his reluctance to sell me the truck knowing that it was likely to cost me a lot in future repairs. I decided to pass on the truck and Vadim decided to take the truck of the lot. Although I am saddened that the deal didnt work out I am very impressed with Vadims level of costumer service and his sense of integrity. He could of sold me the truck anyway and I would have had no idea that there was a potential problem with the machine. Vadim seems more interested in doing the right thing and earning the trust of his customers than just making a a buck and moving on to the next guy. I have since found another truck but I would go back to Williston Economy Motors in the future. Delete review

I needed a car and was not looking forward to the whole car buying experience. I found an 08 Rabbit at this dealership and stopped in to look at it. I looked at it, liked it and took it to my mechanic. He found some issues with it and I let Vadim know that if the issues were fixed I would buy the car. I offered a deposit but he said to wait and he would get back in touch. When I didnt hear back the next day I assumed that the repairs were more than they wanted to spend given the very reasonable price of the car. The next morning Vadim called back and said the car is ready to go all the issues have been addressed. I went to pick it up and was expecting a battle over interest rates as I planned to finance through the dealership - the rate he got was less than I would have paid through my credit union. All in all the process was fast, easy and no pressure. I would definitely shop there again when its time for another car.

Its always a little difficult to buy a used car. We were shopping for my daughter. She picked up the car, which had only 69K miles and a very clean carfax. On her way back from Vermont to Boston, the car over-heated and was in for two days to get the head gaskets done, machine the heads, timing belt, etc... These are all things that you can expect once that engine gets up near 100K. But 69K with a clean report did seem very strange. Never really was able to pinpoint what happened. But Vadim was there for us. In the end, he covered a full 50% of the repair costs which included a full alignment as well. He was very concerned about our satisfaction. And that left us feeling like good about him and the vehicle. No problems since and its been a couple months.

This was my very first time buying a used car, so naturally I was a bit nervous and slightly wary. Upon meeting the Owner I was put at ease and felt in very good confident hands. I was looking at one car and he diverted my attention to a Toyota in the same price range that is in fantastic condition. He was very accommodating to our needs and pleasant to do business with. I could not be anymore happier with the excellent customer service Vadim and his co-workers gave us. Vadim gave us a more than generous price to an awesome 2009 Subaru Forester! Taking the car cross-country from Vermont to Minnesota, it had no trouble making the trek. I would recommend Williston Economy Motors for anyone searching for an excellent used car.
