I will update this review if anything changes but I would STRONGLY advise you to not purchase a vehicle from here. About 3 weeks ago I purchased a Chrysler Sebring. Upon the initial test drive with my smartphone recording, as it was throughout the entire transaction process, I noticed that the front right side of the car felt rough, but I was still willing to buy it based on the assumption of the law that they will fix any safety issues. They kept the car for a few days and said it was fixed. It felt slightly better for a few hours but not at all fixed! By that evening the car was back to doing the same thing. (Clanking, creaking, slight vibrations from that right front tire) Again, always documenting everything with my cell phone because Im simply not an idiot and something seemed very fishy from the start of this buying experience... Well I told them it still is riding rough a 2nd time and guess what? I left my car with them for a few days and still it was not repaired but simply ignored. The guy there said there was not a safety issue. Today is Friday June 2nd and I had to bring the car to a very reputable garage to get a full safety check. The car was deemed to STILL be very unsafe to drive! Either they are just horrible mechanics, or they knowngly put my life and others lives at risk by letting me drive out of there with many problems including bad brakes, and a horribly bad ball joint on the right front which was pretty obvious from the beginning. Good thing that I recorded every interaction with them, and after I left so I am well prepared for anything. It just seems like you cant miss a safety issue that bad. I will be getting back everything that I payed on this car. I have PLENTY of video evidence if it gets that far. ALWAYS video record and document every aspect of the vehicle buying process people! It will get you serious money if you can prove your life was in danger at court and were sold an unsafe vehicle. Its just the smart thing to do for any circumstance you may have. Again, Im just trying to get my money back and not make this into a big deal. But these people seem to be very stubborn.

Before purchasing, I was floored by the friendly attitudes and promises made by this company. I was ready to recommend it to anyone, until I actually took the car home. I was lied to outright about the electrical wiring, which displayed problems IMMEDIATELY, with unresponsive windshield wipers, followed by the failure of the dashboard and the lights. The only working thing now is the clock, which seems to be well on its way to breaking. Much more pressing was the blatant ignorance of the transmission problems. The transmission broke the first time only a few weeks after I purchased. I had it towed back to the dealership due to their clearly empty "promise" to fix any vehicle problems, only to have the tow driver call because they had turned him away. OVERALL, I would advise everyone to look elsewhere for a car. There are more honest and friendly dealers around. You will come out feeling very cheated and disappointed if you bring your business to Wolcott Auto Exchange.

What a wonderful place and such down to earth people. Straight forward and honest. Absolutely no pressure. Was the easiest car buying experience my wife and I have had. The time was taken that was needed to make sure all my concerns were addressed and we were able to find the perfect car for our situation. Didnt have to haggle about price and made the financing process as easy as could be. We basically picked out our car(on a Saturday night), came back on Monday and was fully ready to go.(not entirely sure how they got the car registered with plates on a Monday, seeing as the DMV is closed, but they did) And the car has been great, the small issue we did have with the car, even though we bought the car as is, was immediately addressed by Wolcott Auto Exchange. The owners of this place are great people. Didnt in anyway feel like we were at a car dealership, it felt like we were at a friends! Thanks Wolcott Auto Exchange.
