I recenyly has service there, I was misinformed, or lied to twice. Brought my car in because of a gas tnak fill problem, ended up paying over 1300.00, I decided to gte my 60,000 tune-up no problem and brakes, while they also fixed exhaust problem, which they recomened, I also was talked into timing belt which i did not, but Megan said I could end up with several thousand dollars engine damage, i replied there was no noise in the engine and it ran good, she said i could not tell that way, which is a lie, also they replaced my charcoel filter saying it was the gas fill problem, even though they never go bad, it did not fix it, so i broght it back in , megan said there would be no dianostic charge, and said it would take a couple hours to fix because the had to remove the gas tank, that was a lie, they used a prong to remove a couple of lids out of the fill tube, and scoped it probally 15 minutes work, got charged over 130.00 bucks, i will never do business with them again, I left a message with there service manager who never called me back, Thanks

I HAD JUST RECENTLY BROUGHT MY VEHICLE INTO BERLIN CITY CAR CENTER FOR A WARRANTY EXHAUST REPAIR THAT MY LOCAL MECHANIC HAD INFORMED ME ABOUT. UPON BERLIN CITYS INSPECTION THEY INFORMED ME THAT SOME ADDITIONAL WORK NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY WOULD ALSO NEED TO BE DONE. MY INITIAL REACTION WAS TO NOT HAVE THE WORK DONE AND TO JUST PROCEED TO MY LOCAL GARAGE AND SUCK UP THE REPAIR. THE SERVICE MANAGER (NOT SURE OF HIS NAME) INTRODUCED HIMSELF WHEN HE OVER HEARD HIS CUSTOMER ADVISOR SPEAKING WITH ME AND TOOK THE OPPORTUNITY TO VERY METHODICALLY EXPLAIN TO ME THE SERVICES I NEED. AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE SERVICE MANAGER AS WELL AS THE SERVICE ADVISOR (ALMOST A FULL HOUR) I WAS THOROUGHLY EXPLAINED IN DETAIL INCLUDING BEING INVITED INTO THE ACTUAL REPAIR FACILITY TO VIEW MY VEHICLE THE ITEMS IN QUESTION BY ME THAT WERE SUGGESTED IN NEED OF REPAIR. GIVEN THAT THEY ARE WILLING TO TRULY LISTEN TO ME AS THE CUSTOMER AND ARE WILLING TO DEVOTE SO MUCH TIME AND ENERGY TO ME I AM NOW GOING TO BE A REGULAR CUSTOMER OF BERLIN CITY!

Dont get your car serviced here. They cant figure out the problem in a timely manner, they dont call back and in general are terrible at communication. We had our Kia Sedona in 16 times before they fixed the problem. I was just about to process the Lemon Law paperwork when finally they were able to render the problem. We always bring our van in to our local garage (Rainvilles Auto in Fairfax) to be repaired, if it is warranty work we get it diagnosed at our local garage first and then bring the diagnostic paperwork to the service department. Still we have to wait for parts and you never get to speak to the same person twice and everyone you speak with tells you a different story. Oh yeah and the service manager he never calls back and is a total BS artist. Buy from them the sales are okay but seriously the service department is awful!

I bought my Kia Sportage 07 from there.. The sales of it was nice and helpful. But ever since any time I have had to talk to them or go back its been a bad experience. I admit the whole first year of free oil changes was nice.. But I got my last oil change there last December and they didnt even notice that my inspection was due! I mean I know thats something I should know. But my old dealership use to always remind me and offer to change it. Also every time I have had to call with a problem they were complete jerks. I will never buy a vehicle from them again.

I was treated like a child and was forced to fill out their financing before I could test drive a car. Mind you, I already was pre approved with an auto check from my bank in my hand! The salesman called me a "car brat" on the test drive and couldnt tell me if the car was a 4 or 6 cylinder while he was looking at the engine. It is fairly obvious how many cylinders a motor has, you just count them but I wanted to see how far his knowledge of the car went. Needless to say I purchased a car at another dealer. I suggest you do the same.

Service here was better than any other dealer Ive experience. The sales people were very informative, friendly, and helpful. I was able to test drive several vehicles and they helped me find one that fits my needs and my families needs. Ive owned the Kia Sedona for almost a year now and never thought back on it! If youre looking for a car and want friendly and helpful service, heres the place.

I purchased a brand new Spectra last year. When I was researching and test driving vehicles, I told them that I wasnt buying right off the bat. They were the only dealership around that didnt push and push me to buy right then and there. They let me test drive as needed and were very helpful and patient. Thats really why I went with them. Good sales people there!

The sales process was smooth and friendly. Since then I am ignored and none of the remaining things that were promised have been fulfilled. I get the run around. Very disappointed. I was lead to believe that the new management was dedicated to fixing earlier problems with the dealership. But when might this happen?

Just purchased my brand new Kia Sportage from Berlin City Kia. Very excited! Easy paperwork, got low interest rate upfront, friendly sales people and they delivered it to Maine!!! Great experience!
