"We drove over 1 hour to go to this dealer" So my wife was in the market for a Jeep Cherokee Limited, as a family we dont buy cars that often, we always buy new....and then hold cars for 10+ years - often topping out at 200,000 miles odometer. This was her purchase...but I offered to call around to a handful of dealers in the area to see what the car would cost. The specs were Grand Cherokee Limited, Black, Luxury Package (nice to have), new could be 2015 or 2016 models. I called the usual suspects - dealers in Fairfield, Norwalk, westchester NY, and then two dealers in upstate CT - one of which was the Jeep dealer in Torrington CT. I was very lucky that the sales person that answered my call was Bill Reudgen ...he was great from the start (my sense is that he has been in this business for some time...and he as well as the dealership does NOT play the games that many salespeople and dealers play) I told him that I lived down state...and he said he would make it worth the trouble of me driving to Torrington. I was also going back and forth w/ another dealer in Northern CT. At the end of the day we ended up bringing our business Northwest Hills Jeep in Torrington. The great buying experience was extended to when my wife drove to Torrington to take delivery of the new Grand Cherokee. Up to this point I was the person talking w/ Bill. The dealership was closing Sat @ 5:00PM, and I think my wife arrived around 3:30 or 4:00...and every one at the dealer took the time to walk through all of the functions of the car, set it up w/ her iPhone. Truly a Great buying experience of a great car - end to end. I am even planning to head back to the dealership for service when convenient. Happy I called Northwest Hills Jeep...and very Happy that Bill Reudgen answered my call. John Revay

My wife and I were absolutely thrilled in our car buying experience at NW Hills from start to finish. We dealt with William H. in our purchase of a used 2014 Nissan Murano. Will was a pleasure to deal with. He listened to us and what we wanted in a vehicle and totally worked with us. No runaround as you get with many other salesmen in this business. Our experience with the sales and finance managers were just as great. Not once did I feel like we were put in an uneasy or awkward position. They are a very professional group. We actually live on the other side of the state yet will not hesitate to go to NW Hills again in the future. Im happy we took the chance and made the trek out to Torrington. At the end of the day we know we left there with a quality vehicle at a great price. I also feel like we gained a friend in the business after having met Will. We highly recommend this dealership and based on our experience try to get Will if you can. Though Im confident that the entire staff is great to deal with as well. NW Hills is absolutely doing business the right way! Im just your average customer and I honestly dont typically fill these things out. However, in this case I felt compelled to share our excellent experience at NW Hills. Most of all I hope this helps a potential buyer and there decision to shop here.

I recently bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. The thing is absolutely sick and exactly what I wanted. I had been looking to decide what my next vehicle was going to be, and determined it would be the Altitude. Knowing all of the options and additional accessories (thule rack, navigation, etc) I called the dealership and was lucky enough to have a conversation with Matt Dehler. He was super nice and laid back, plus looked into finding the Altitude I wanted. A few days later I was up there having a face to face discussion and walked out having signed the initial papers. Matt was amazing and spent four days tracking down the Altitude package with the color I wanted. This was no easy task since they are so limited, but he stuck with it and provided the service above what I could have anticipated. Matt set up a time to meet me, go over everything, make sure I was pumped about everything on the Jeep, and then took me through the paperwork. This guy is what makes dealerships have not only repeat customers, but recommend to friends and anyone looking to buy/lease. Thank you for such a great experience and getting me a badass Altitude!!

This place is excellent. I was working with Bill and that man has A1 customer service. He was very professional with me and he made me feel welcome. He tried to show me the infiniti m45 features but he wasnt familiar with the car but I cannot knock him on that because he was honest about not knowing the car and I already knew its features. He even let me test drive the car on the highway unlike the last dealer that only let me go literally around the block which IS NOT A TEST DRIVE. The dealer prices are more than fair. The car was clean and almost spotless inside. I did run Into an electrical problem which is most likely due to a blown fuse but he said he will make sure it gets fixed. Now thats what I call excellent customer service.

Ever since I bought my used car at Northwest Hills I have used their service garage for all maintenance on the car -- oil changes, repairs, tire rotation, etc. I have been completely satisfied. One thing I purchased with the car was the "bumper to bumper warranty." It was the best decision I have made and Aaron, the service manager has gone the 2nd mile in getting me coverage. Most recently I had major repairs, service fixed the problem, the warranty covered it, and Northwest Hills loaned me a courtesy car while the repairs were being done. I have nothing but "praise" for sales and service and next time Im in the market for a car, Northwest Hills will be my first choice. (Burton Williams, Sues husband)

Northwest were awesome. My Jeep started having issues on a Tuesday, was booked in, diagnosed, and repaired 72 hrs later. Nick at the service desk was exceptional, he even transferred video of my problem to his phone so the mechanics had it for reference. The issue, the TIPM, which cost me a small fortune will cause me to avoid any Chrysler products in the future, and I will trade my Jeep as soon as I can, but Northwest I cannot fault, they are the best at what they do.

My salesman, Jeremy Hussey, was a consummate professional, and entire service staff was friendly and responsive, making my shopping experience efficient and informative. I am confident that I got a very good deal on leasing a new Jeep, and its a great ride. I recommend a visit to this establishment for anyone in the area that is entering the market for a new car.

My little PT Cruiser is 14 years old, less than 40 thousand miles and still has many more years left in her to run errands thanks to the service department at Northwest Hills Chrysler. They are a top notch service provider and inspect the car at servicing to make sure little issues do not become big issues. I would not go anywhere else . Steve Boswell and his team are the best. I very much appreciate and recomend their work.
