One star because it has 3.5% tax which due to urban special zone other than that this Bjs and most BJs have the worst customer service. The cash register guys work as if they are doing a favor to their customers. Today I was ordering tires using the gift card and the gift card doesnt work when I swipe, I mentioned to Ed, can u help me here? he say " so!!! What should I do???" With a tone that you are out of luck and I cant help you no more. Man, the attitude and tone make you feel that he is doing a favor to me!!! I was polite first, once I heard the tone and attitude , I asked him to call the manager and have him help me, bunch of customer reps but not even manager has a clue , they cant get their gift card working. Eventually had to use my credit card after spending 45 minutes. Absolutely clueless service. Their own gift card does not work and believe me I have experienced this every time I use the gift card when the card reader errors out. They need to rename their gift card to pain card. Never give a gift card of bjs!!! Never !!! The clueless BJ!!! Upgrade your 1970 systems BJ and train your staff to be courteous and customer oriented. Bjs is cheap and it feels every time I go there. You get what you pay!!!

I have came to this place to buy my things since its less crowded and cheaper than in other places. However, I asked for a temp card and the girl at the customer service gave me attitude and told me they were out of that. Alright then. Once I was at the cash register and my card was expired, the guy gave me a one day pass. But there a lady across from the register I was who had the same situation and the other man gave her an attitude telling her she was supposed to renew her card or theyd charge her 20% to her things and the lady left all upset, not buying one thing and leaving that cart full. The customer service is horrendous

Had to give 1 star because you cant give no stars. The check out process is ridiculously slow. When you go to Costco they use a price gun but at Bjs they scan everything....slowly. and the kid at my register.....besides operating at extra slow and appearing to forget he was at work.... Kept touching his hair and touching his nose. When I asked him where the hand sanitizer was he laughed. I said well its not funny and good thing I dont have food.

Overall decent in comparison to other BJs. Always crowded. Needs more cashiers.Shame on the women who mess up the bathrooms (80% of time) just nasty. Stock of items , even the sale items are rarely sold out, immediately! The staff are pleasant (still need more of them). SHOPPER from NYC

Great store bit sometimes they put things in the weirdest places...was looking for potato chips that had on sale and instead of it being where all the other chips, popcorn etc was...it was in the meat section...like they were trying to hide it because it was on sale...

It has alot of bulk items but not necessarily what you are looking for..i.e. they have coffee, coffee cups, lids, but no stirrers...had to go to Staples for the stirrers...and help is hard to find to direct you in the right direction..

I really think this is the only Bjs I that has mice!!!! Honestly I dont have to lie everyone else who was around also saw the mice running from under the bread section to the cheese refrigerator the most disgusting thing!!!

Low priced goods..great savings! This is where we bought chocolates and candies to bring home in the Philippines for relatives and friends...they got a wide variety of everything for low cost...awesome!

I like that you can use both their coupons as well as manufacturer coupons. The layout of the store makes it easy to get in and out. There are self checkout lanes, which I use most of the time.

Deli counter is possibly the worst I ever been to. Tons of customers waiting but only two employees. Half your time shopping is spent here if you need cold cuts.
