I love BJs! It is rarely ever crowded, they generally have all of their advertised items and I find the people who work there to be pleasant. I love the way the store is laid out, their bakery department has excellent items for great prices, they have great deals on oven stuffer roasters that cant be beat and their produce section has great deals. I have found excellent bargains on dvds and books at BJs that you cant find online even. Honestly, living in Rockland we can also go to Costco, which is even closer to my house, but I hated going there. The people who work there wind up flirting with each other all day long and they seem to be arrogant and misinformed. No way I would go back there after going to BJs! And this is not just the BJs in West Nyack as they are all pretty much the same. Great prices!

I run a personal training studio and small gym in Rockland County, New York. Not only can I get my cleaning and bathroom supplies here for my business and home, but its a great place for organic produce and fozen natural fish and meats. Obviously they do not stock everything organic, but its there!! Especially since making pre and post workout drinks Bjs has great produce to through in my juicer every day!!

TRUCKERS : When Unloading here make sure you sit inside otherwise you wont be unloaded , and nobody will tell you about this policy . I had to find out about it the hard way , waiting for 3 hours to be unloaded . There are no signs or any instructions either.

Sometimes the waiting time is too long in the registers. And it upsets me that there CLOSED registers and employees running around and dont open not even one register. Its ridiculous that BJ has a "food court"and most of the time be closed.

Be careful of the free food cart black lady with the clam chowder and soups. I Understand she makes 2 dollars a day but she spoke a little too personal to me in front of my girlfriend today 10/16/16. Never coming back into that store.

Started here recently and have been happy so far. Produce selection doesnt seem as good as Costco, but overall its worth it. Place never seems to be that busy and we really love that you can do self-checkout.

Better selection of items. Hardly ever crowded. Great helpful staff. I left costco to go to bjs. They have items i like rather than me having to use something else because thats what they have.

Customer service is poor. People are very rude busy with their own work. Store is dirty and messy. Costco seems to be better.. I just visited this place to compare!..

Its never crowded Open until late 10pm The biggest line I wait was 5 min I hate loose my time at Costco(always big lines)
