I bought my baby bearded dragon there. My little guy wasnt eating for about 3 weeks so I asked them what I should do and they told me to bring him in and they will issue store credit and then once they take him to the vet and he gets better we will be able to buy him back and take him home. I took him there on Thursday and had not heard anything from them all weekend. So today, Monday, I call the store. First they dont tell me about the right bearded dragon, but when I finally find out about my bearded dragon, I find out that he has passed away the day that I brought him to them and did not make it to the vet before he passed. I understand that he had passed, but what I am really upset about is why not call and let me know? Why would you have me write down all my information, because he is a part of the family, and not even have the courtesy to call me and let me know that a part of my family has passed. I was sitting there all weekend waiting for the phone call to tell me I could come pick him up. And when Monday morning comes around and I have to call YOU to find out that my baby bearded dragon had passed away. You will not have my business and I will see that I let as many people as possible know about your care and responsiveness when it comes to keeping families informed about their pets when they are in your care. I wish there was a negative side to these stars.. Just horrible.

This place is really great, however, I have to give it three stars because of the pet grooming station. Leaving a dog, who hates being in a kennel, for three hours does not sit well with me. I took my baby girl in and she does NOT like being in a kennel. I told them this, but when I went to pick her up after an hour (which I was never informed that it takes three hours to wash a dog, seriously....three hours?) I discovered that they had put her in a kennel after I told them she did not like it. They tried to tell me she was fine, but I ended up calling a manager because she had badly cut her muzzle trying to get out of the kennel. Not mention that a lot of the shampoos and spritz they use are not hypoallergenic. Meaning, that they can actually make your dog sick. Which it did. She got very sick. My suggestion is to go there for training and pet supplies only. You are much better off going to Brookside Barkery for grooming needs considering they only take 30 minutes to and hour to do the same things as Petco. Thankfully, the managment staff is amazing and stands behind its customers.

This was the worst grooming Ive ever seen on a dog. Sloppily done, long patches of fur still on the body with short hair, cut way too short and my dog is officially extremely timid and back with anxiety. Never go here for a grooming make sure to only go for just pet supplies if needed. Extremely disappointed I spent $47 on this, my poor puppy.

Was a fun place to go to but recently the store had a horrible oder I understand they have animals but it was to the point my bf and I were gagging by the time we reached the back of the store and we quickly left the store after that.
