I would not recommend the vet clinic at petsmart. The store itself is nice a bit high priced but ok. Our dog has severe separation anxiety and they refused to give her the pills shes been on for 2 years instead insisted we try 3 different methods including another medication before resorting to that one. Then when we got it, it was $80, Ive been paying $35 for a 3 months supply before them! When I told them that they said well you were getting off brand (I wasnt). A few months later we had an emergency, a dog we had just gotten and had an appointment for his shots (at another vet) got very ill, we rushed him in there and they told us he had parvo and gave us some medication and told us to take him home and keep him hydrated. 2 days later he was hardly moving so we rushed him back they immediatly took him in the back and said to go home that they would put him on fluids and call us in a few hours with an update. We got home (20 minutes) and they called and said he had died to come pick him up. When we arrived the vet explained they had tried to start and IV and the blood in his veins was just sludge from dehydration and before they could even get fluid into him he had a seizure and died. We went to take him home and they presented me with my bill. $600!! The bill said it was for hospitalzation, examination and the supplies for the IV. I said Im not paying you $500 for the hospitalizaton he wasnt here an hour. They told me if I didnt pay they would sue and I could not take my dog home. We ended up paying so we could bury our dog. Have never gone back again!

Would never buy fish at Pet Smart. They killed my fish because their fish are sick. They are not knowledgeable about fish or their ecosystems. I got dumb lame excuses for killing my fish. I would not say they are knowledgeable about cats or any other animals but dogs and cats are larger so they have a better chance of survival. I have seen sick animals and told them, they act like nothing. Dead fish happen. Yea they do but not all the bloomin fish they sell plus my healthy fish. They do not quarantine incoming fish. I saw some poor lady get a refund on her dead fish. I felt so sorry for her. You can not replace my favorite fishes and more may die because their fish are not properly taken care of. Oh a new shipment what an excuse. Every fish you purchase is shipped in from somewhere. How dumb are we

The animals are very well taken care of here. You can definitely tell. I have gotten a little mouse here a while back, and he is extremely healthy and happy. You can tell they care about the animals. In my opinion, that is the number one requirement for a pet store. They were extremely helpful and friendly, and recommended the best brands for my new pet. I have enjoyed coming here since I was a little kid, my parents used to take me so I could see the animals. All in all, great store, they will always have my business. As far as it being messy, I never noticed it at all, it seems very clean to me.

Had our 2 dogs groomed at this location today for this first time (at any Petsmart). We have used numerous private groomers and never been half as pleased as we were today. Our dogs were just remarkably groomed from head to tail. They are usual full of anxiety over getting groomed and they were just as calm and happy as ever. Kristen was our groomer, and she must speak K9 because Ive never seen our dogs happier. We will be back for sure. Thank you for taking care of our babies.

Ive been taking my pet to this grooming this salon for about 10 years now. Ive always had a positive experience. The prices do seem to change sometimes and are inconsistent. The staff is always friendly and they always take care of my little guy every time. Banfield is also located in this store. Ive had good experiences there as well but it can be very costly. A single rabies shot was over $60.00. The Banfield staff was amazing as well.

My husband and I go in there often to look at the critters. We bought a hamster there either the ending of last year or the beginning of this year and he is full of personality. Quite OCD lol. we have looked at other animals and when asking to either hold or pet one they will not let you, unless you are considering adopting it. Overall good store just bought a halfmoon beta and a 3 gallon aquarium today

I like being able to bring my dog in here and I love that they work with the local animal shelters for cat adoptions. They do dog adoptions on the weekends. This is the only place that sells the quality of dog food my Italian greyhounds will eat, and I buy special formula for my diabetic cat here.

Very clean and welcoming! I didnt know they adopt cats from there. There were about four cats all super cute and loveable! I wanted to take them all home but since Im just here visiting that isnt an option. I always like going to petsmart but this one was the best so far!

Specifically called to ensure that they carried and currently had the product my poor kitties needed and when I arrived, not only did they not have it but the manager acted as if she could not care less. Well, I wont care about not giving them anymore business.

My dog loves coming here. They always spoil him with treats, and you can tell the staff genuinely are animal lovers. The vets at Banfield are also super nice. Weve seen w and our dog loved them, even after his shots.

If you have a puppy or even an older dog go see Miss Pam for all your training needs she is absolutely wonderful! My husband and I have taken 3 of our dogs through her classes and will never go anywhere else!

Their staff is super rude. They talked us out of buying several different animals and when we picked out an animal we want to buy they refused to sell it to us even though we were of age.

This place is usually clean and neat. I do need to purchase crickets and they are frequently out. If you need crickets I would suggest calling ahead or going somewhere else.

I call the Tiffany Springs and the liberty Petsmart and they were both very very helpful and I went to both stores in one night and bought all the salt they had on sale

Overall a nice store, it looks like one of the older PetSmarts in the area. They do not have the doggy daycare or any of the Pets hotel services.
